hello, what would be the best treatment for hypogonadism. i have this and would like to be more aggressive .Is testosterone replacement better then hcg. how effective is 500iu hcg per day going to be. This is for long term therapy not pct, and i dont want to shut down my nuts permanantly

AnonIf you over use/abuse HCG you will become dependent on it and will not be able to discontinue use.. it is used to restart the system. Long term use is not recommended at all. There is a reason why Test is prescribed for hypogonadism in older men and not hcg.
CAPhttp://ergo-log.com/triptorelin.html heres a good article on Triptorelin. i will look into that. also I was looking to monitor my test and wondering if a home saliva or blood test would be enough(i dont think these can tell the difference of free testosterone etc). would getting blood work be a better idea? I dont have insurance so what would this run me?
Get some info from these guys http://www.nationalmedicalclinic.com/ I had spoke to them a while back and they have a decent program that basically cycles HCG and Testosterone with an Anti-E when needed. Including regular blood work dr. visits and mailing the scripts to your house - it runs about $2,500- 3k a year. When I was looking into this it seemed like the way to go, but I'm out of the country too much and hoping to avoid HRT for a few more years.
juiceinatorSeek a doctor preferably a younger endocrinologist that specializes in this please. I'm urging you to do that so you dont have to be on trt your whole life.
Times two! Agree. Forget hype new junk. Endo doc is the best and safest route. Hcg spikes estro...and May further issues etc
AnonNot saying this is gonna work, but look into the Triptorelin hype. Word on the internet is a single 100mcg dose of triptorelin will restore HPTA function. Might be something to talk to your doctor about. I know its sold on various Peptide/Research chem sites listed here.
