Hi, can you critique my cycle.
Ingredients:
Sustanon 300
Nolvadex
Clomid
(Dianabol)
(Winstrol)
Cycle:
Week 1-10 ---> 600mg Sustanon 300
Week 7-10 ---> Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
Week 7-10 ---> Clomid 100/100/50/50
Can/Should dianabol or winstrol be introduced at any point?

Its your first cycle man, start off slow i dont know why everyone jacks the dosage up. For your first cycle im tellin you 250 a week is fine.
If your under the impression that more is better or gonna get you bigger your wrong.
Start it at 250 if u really have think you need more 500 max per week split
I think you beed to do alot more researchn learning in regards to ur pct.
U start it 3 weeks after ur last shot. You need to really have a complete understanding of what you gonna be putting in your body.
Bro I aggree with 250 mgs a week. My first was 250 a week and I gained 25 lbs. On my third cycle now and only doing 500 mgs a week! And still gaining off of it!
500mg/w test is what this board generally recommends for a first cycle. But agredd dude needs to step up his understanding of compounds, AI, and SERMS...Oh wow just noticed hes 20, wrong age period to be cycling!
Depending on your natty levels 250 a week might just cancel out yoir natural test and you wont really get the results you want

Ok, to clarify:
Cycle:
Week 1-10 ---> 600mg Sustanon 300
Week 13-16 ---> Nolvadex 40/40/20/20

I wouldent touch anything at 20
You should use sustanon for 12 to 14 weeks.If you use dbol use it to kick start your cycle for the first four weeks.Don't start using nolvadex and clomid till two weeks after your last injection.You get some arimidex or aromasin in case you start getting gyno or to much water retention during cycle.
No kick needed with sust it has short esters in itand it has really long esters as well so three weeks after last inject would be optimal
You wouldnt start pct till three weeks after last injection with sust somebody told you that on your other post . Thats y its POST cycle therapy and no you shouldnt touch winny or dbol your first cycle
