Suggestions for a SARMS LGD cycle for a first timer

ad

Hi Guys,

I'm researching and trying to plan for my first cycle, and opted to give SARMS a shot. There's so much conflicting articles and advice around SARMS in general, i was hoping to get some better insight - hopefully from someone who's tried these before. My stats - I'm 5"7, 165 lb, 12% body fat, working out 5 times a week. I have my diet in check. I'm aiming for a conservative cycle without too much side effects (i'm not a spring chicken any more).

My thoughts regarding my first cycle are:

CYCLE:
1-8 LGD 10mg ED
9-12 Ostarine 20mg ED

PCT:
12-16 clomid 25mg ED
12-16 N2Guard 3 capsules ED

I would appreciate any criticism or advice on this cycle - would you make any changes to the cycle itself, or the PCT?

Thanks!

i used ostarine when it started becoming popular mind you i had already used AAS at this point and it worked pretty good i used an over the counter "pct" it had all the test boosting stuff in it and shit like fenugreek and tribulus and DAA and i was fine after. like makwa said do that and save money it should work out pretty good for you

Thanks for the input!

Nothing wrong with running a SARM cycle. I however would not run LGD, it is very suppressive. No need to have to run a full blown PCT when you can get some pretty good results from other SARMS that aren't going to be as suppressive. Save yourself the hassle of being shutdown and having to run a PCT. Just run your Ostarine at 25mg/d and you can get by with just some OTC test boosters after your done.

Thanks for the input Makawa, i think i'll take your advice and try an Ostarine only cycle to start with. I appreciate your reply! Have you tried LGD in the past ?

I have but it was while I was on cycle so can't give my overall impression of it since the AAS far outshadow what I would expect from the LGD. Osta is a good deal though I have ran that off cycle and was fairly impressed with it. I may be running some LGD solo shortly if I am not able to run a cycle due to some health issues. Have to check up some potential sides on the LGD to see if I can even run that also.

Thanks for chiming in! The reason i'm looking at SARMS is due to the reported lower suppression and side effects. I am also limited to orals. Is the benefit of SARMS really not worth a try ? Is the results / side effects ratio not worth the time and effort?

Why are you limited to orals only?

Two reasons - needles are hard to come by in my area (don't ask), and my current environment would require that i inject discretely (don't ask). I'de rather not have to hide it from my surroundings.

Do you think he should throw in some tren too? Maybe 100mg ed?

C'mon man. Guy has never ran a cycle before and your throwing 2 compounds at him including a run with sustanon as his test base. Not cool.

Hi yamyamtrev,
Despite the bashings, I appreciate your input too. I've read a lot of opinions which are similar to yours which are basically : "If you're going to do it, do it right". However, due to my environment, restrictions and lack of experience, i wanted to try something "conservative" to begin with....

Don't worry about it. I guess it boils down to "different strokes for different folks". While some people seem to advocate for SARMS and swear by them, others are not so enthused. Problem is, that most of the advocates seem to have ulterior motives (eg, they sell the stuff).
