Substance recommendation

ad

Hey everyone,

I'm currently at 150 pounds and looking to bulk up to 200 pounds as quickly as possible. Any recommendations(what the best substance to take) or advice on how to achieve this goal would be greatly appreciated. If you need any additional information from me, feel free to ask.

Thanks in advance!

The first six months natural it’s easy at to gain 20 pounds. Gear won’t help you get there faster until you work out first.

Do you really think steroids are going to add 50lbs of lean mass to you in 4/5 months?

Another new account looking for that insta gratifying fast outcome of a cycle, that method isn’t sustainable nor recommended. Gradual gains are more permanent. You’re probably 22 years old

It’s not a joke. The only thing you need is food and lots of it. There’s no secret drug that’ll make you grow. All those commercials and ads and YouTube videos that try and sell you that one thing your missing are a lie. Wether your trying to lose fat or gain muscle it is 100% about the food. If you were to only eat 1500 calories and take every single steroid in the world you would not gain a single pound. It’s 70% food, 20 % training and MAYBE 10% steriods and supplements. If you wanna grow you need to eat, it’s that simple. As long as your training isn’t dogshit
