-4 Should I do PCT?
ad
Hi guys, I've been on cycle from dec 2024, started with 375 mg test a week, and then added mast, npp, tren e (200-300 mg for all 3 compounds), ran 3 compounds at a time after a month I switched my dosage from 375 to 500 mg test e.
Well, I got gains but I'm no where even near my expected physique, I want to ask the experienced folks here like what to do if I want to look huge with at least 18 inch of biceps.
I'm of 22, should I continue cycle like doing cruise for 1 or months then blast or should I do pct now. Organs health is in check. If I do PCT then I'll hop on cycle again in december, so should I do PCT now or should I just b and c and do PCT when I achieve my desired physique.
I need advice from experts who ran longer cycles in the past.

Yo bro, appreciate the honesty, but let me hit you with some hard truth, no sugar-coating:
You're 22.
Unless you’re dead-set on walking on a pro stage, with sponsorships, coaches, a prep plan, and bloodwork as regular as your morning piss —
you shouldn’t be on gear. Period.
You’re stacking Test, NPP, Mast, and Tren — and can’t even get 18-inch arms? That’s not a compound problem, that’s a foundation problem.
Gear doesn’t build the physique, it enhances what’s already there. If your diet, training, sleep, and consistency aren’t on point NATURALLY, the drugs won’t save you, they’ll just mask your weaknesses until your endocrine system taps out.
And real talk.. At 22, you’re not done cooking yet. Your HPTA is still working at full power. You crash that now, you may be pinning test for life before you even hit your prime. And no, that “my organs are good” line doesn’t mean jack. You can look great on bloods until one day you don’t, and then it’s kidney support forums and TRT clinics forever.
So what should you actually do?
Option 1: Be a Grown-Ass Man and PCT
Run Nolva + Clomid. Give your body 2–3 months to reset.
Stay off. Train like a dog. Eat like it matters. Build your base NATURALLY.
Revisit gear in your late 20s when you know you’re fully committed, both physically and mentally.
Option 2: BnC Without Purpose
Yeah, you could cruise and blast, but for what?
You’re not a competitor. You’re not making money from this. You’re just gonna spend your 20s chasing pumps, spending money, and risking permanent suppression… all to maybe hit 18s if you don’t quit halfway through.
Let that sink in.
Final Thought:
If you're not going pro, get off now. You’re lucky to be 22 with time to reverse this. You don’t want to be 27 with a sagging libido, low sperm count, and no gains to show for it.
You’re not “failing on cycle” , you’re just running before you can walk. Put in the time naturally, learn your body, then decide later if you want to make this a lifelong thing.
Steroids are not shortcuts. They’re commitments.
And if you're not ready to bleed for it, you damn sure shouldn't pin for it.
you didn't mention any sides from being on a gram and a half of gear for 8 months at 22 years old consisting of 4 different compounds. That shit is wild. If you're not bullshitting, you should start by seeing a Dr. A real one and get some blood work done. In this case I'd be praying that you were on bunk gear.
Ranger3252You should not touch steroids again until you’re older and know what you’re doing. To include diet, training and basic common knowledge. I think you’re too young to even be posting on this forum. Get on pct and look into how to do things natural until your endocrine system is fully developed. No one is going to give any advice other than this I would assume your account will be banned based on your age.
Oh man, you’ve made some very dumb decisions, but atleast you’re asking questions now. Taking steroids before your endocrine system is fully developed is a big risk. I had a couple friends in my frat in college who dabbled a bit younger and their dicks never worked right again. You could very well have permanently fucked up your natural test production. And then there’s the issue of infertility. So those are all the reasons why you shouldn’t mess with steroids again until you’re atleast 25, older is even better.
7 month first cycle was very stupid. Not even experienced folks do that, gains tend to slow down way before that point making it all risk and no reward after a while. And taking tren and NPP lol. 19-nors at your age is a bad combo. That shit shuts you down hard. Really not great for anyone actually.
So now your plan going forward. Yes you need to PCT off. Fairly aggressive PCT at that. 6 weeks of nolva and clomid. HCG would have been great during the 2 week period between last injection and the start of Clomid and nolva. Cruise for a month and then blast again lol. Who have you been listening to that would suggest something so stupid? After the 6 week pct wait about a month and then do blood work to see if you’ve recovered. If you haven’t, and you’re going to it’s just going to take time. See where you’re at after a year off.
Then there’s your physique. I’m assuming your height is in inches so you’re 6’3? And only 175lbs? So a twig. Steroids don’t really work well when you have no base of muscle to build off of. Being so skinny you either don’t know how to eat and train, which is likely at 22. Or you haven’t been doing it long enough. Getting where you’re wanting to go is not a short endeavor, even on gear. It takes years and years of consistency and dedication to diet training and sleep. You should be able to get well over 200lbs naturally before ever considering touching gear.
So now head over to the diet and training forums and soak up all the information. We’re willing to help younger people with those aspects of this lifestyle, but not steroids. That’s stupid. Hopefully you start making smarter choices now

Dude go do some research because you are destroying your natural Testosterone at a young age. You are only 22, your T level should already be through the roof all you needed was creatine and protein. Gear usage should only start later in life when things don't work as well like in your 40's or higher. To answer your question, you have no choice but to do a PCT if you want your balls to still work.
Nobody will help you cuz your only 22.
