shoud i use nolvadex under 16 week first cycle? (i will use nolva for pct also)

Im starting my first cycle.
i will use 500mg test e/week, and from what i learnd from this site 40% off the injected test will turn into estrogen, and this estrogen we dont want to bind to the receptors right?
and anti aromatize can make the steriods week,
so therefore nolvadex would be the best choise to run all 16 weeks and as pct right, but how much?

if youre prone to gyno dont make sure you got adex
i made a cycle last year from d-bol only.... now my homeworks are done and i know what i'M doing...i can tell you that i was running an oral only cycle, and i did it like a total asshole prick!!! but i have to admit that i was feeling good on d-bol....yeah bro, LIKE A DINAUSOR...lol now i'm on a cycle of test-e at 500mg wk ...it ain't kicked yet but i readed lots about it and its the best we can do for first times!
you dont want to use nolvadex through your whole cycle when using that low a dose of test. you will only want to use it if you have symptoms of gyno. like sensitive nipples. dropping your estrogen levels too low will cause a severely reduced sperm count and it will also weaken your bones. even vitamin D and calcium may not be able to restore that damage. im on 500mg of test right now and i am having no problems with gyno and neither should you unless gyno is hereditary in your family and in that case if your prone to bitch tits you may want to stay away from test all together and stick with thing like anavar and nandrolone phenylpropionate

No1Yea its right to eat alot, and no 500mg is plenty for 1st cycle, and even 2nd cycle
