my fist cycle was testeron only 500 mg in week
my second cycle will be sustanon and deca
and i wanted to know the dose of deca npp in week
and for how long..

Anoni prefer the prop taper and/or kicker. i don't like the idea of the anadrol for someone that has only ran a long ester test cycle.
If you don't know the answer yourself then you aren't ready for it. Test only cycles can be ran multiple times with good results. There is nothing written in stone that says you need to start using other compounds. My advice either wait on the cycle or do a test only cycle again and do a shit load of research so you are prepared for your third cycle.

You should do more Research bro and find out why a 19nor will not be a good choice for just your second cycle.. RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH and come back with a better cycle like the one hypnoso is saying.
second cycle stick to test again. IF you have to throw something else in just use Dbol or Tbol as a kicker. but I'd say test E or C again then kick with prop.
