+ 1 Question about front loading
Hey guys, I've been reading a lot about this idea of front loading with test e/c to get a higher concentration of it in your system faster, due to the longer esters taking effect.
My question is, couldn't one just start the cycle out with maybe 2-3 weeks of sustanon and then switch to E or cyp? It seems like the mix of short and long could work and then you'd have it in your system as you switch to the longer ester of one of those two...or is that just not a good option? Would that have you seeing some gains sooner than if you just ran the longer esters on their own?
Have any of you tried something like that?
Sorry if it sounds like a noob type question, I'd rather get flamed for that now then putting together a cycle that's stupid or not optimal...thanks in advance

Frontloading has its place...At one point I was being tested for steroids every two months, I would front load short esters and run for 5 weeks then clear the body for testing. once i got off testing I was so used to frontloading i would do it with everything. I ran into many learning experiences, some easy to deal with others life threatening! Like the time i thought what if i double front load, thought my heart was going explode, all night on the couch with phone in my hand sweating in my underwear hoping I could call 911 if I had too. Found out that front loading EQ was not something I liked much either, made me fucking aggressive and felt like I was in a box, which it does anyway but after frontload it was painfully obvious! Parabolan and tren-E where some rough frontloads too, hit me a lot harder than the regular dose did and didnt wear off for days, by the time i could finally sleep I felt like a brick! I dont know if you have ever tried working out on no sleep or I should say day dreaming sleep but it makes for some shitty gym experiences. always fun to frontload something and find out it gives you PIP..lol....Learn the compounds and how they effect you, run them a handful of times with different diets, BF%'s, and combos. frontloading is for much further down the road. I would pass on the sust for awhile too...
That being said i havent frontloaded in years, I found that i like the slow and easy approach!
Good to hear some real world experiences.
RustyhookerStats and priors buddy. We dont just give it out if theres no real world. Your stats are light...whats the goals?
Didn't post any of that because I didn't think it's relevant to the actual question. I'm just at the point of learning and collecting info before putting a cycle together.
Goals are to eventually gain about 10-15lb then leaning out
Currently around 160 at 5'6, last I checked was about 12%
Training experience: 11 years as a personal trainer with years in Muay Thai and other martial arts
Since the first piece of advice everyone seems to give is to read and do research, just figured I'd ask regarding something I didn't understand...thanks again
RustyhookerSorry for asking. You're a god to my meer size. I know that my 5-4 @ 210 is dwarfed by your immense knowledge on yogi oh and backgammon. Eat your damn foods junior.
little thin man put that 10 to 15 on first start eating like a fucking horse youll gain it
Let me reiterate, I'm asking for educational purposes only because in my reading and research, I found something I didn't understand. I'm not ready to jump on a cycle yet, in fact not sure I will...still reading and learning all I can before making that decision.
I know you guys get a million guys on here asking dumb questions and they're pretty much only looking for approval on something they plan on doing regardless of what they're told. I'm not one of them...I'm one of those that followed that rule of learning all they can do they can make an educated decision on whether they should do this or even need this.
Frontloading comes into play when a guy has experience with a certain compound bro, mostly with super slow compounds that take a while to reach max blood plasma levels... ie equipoise and such like, for beginners who "should" be looking at basic cycles of test without any experience of side effects fronting is not recommended.
I tend to advise against frontloading even for advanced users who are still "cycling"...... frontloading is best used for a guy who is experienced with the Blast/Cruise protocol when a TRT dose is always present in the blood stream and the quick boost from other added compounds at the start of a Blast period is needed.... even for advanced users fronting can be a potential nightmare if Hormone control and AI balance is not up to par.
To sum up............ not for Beginners bro, and as always to be done with care even for the ones that think they know what they are doing.
Hope this helps your research
thanks man, that's all I wanted to find out...the post/article I had read made it seem like front loading was the thing to do and that more folks should be doing it, and that whole concept was new to me. Being the study and info junkie that I am, I was curious to see what that whole thing was about
cheers!!
Awesome response bro if I could give you a +1 I would for that
I don't really have a answer for your question but to me the only people that need to front load are professionals that started late on a cycle for a comp the average Joe like myself that uses for self purpose to look good for the wife is just have patients and wait the 4 weeks for it to start to kick in. Ain't no rush here man save gear and just wait it out the gains always come
