Planning Ahead (2nd cycle)

Alright I'm a bit overzealous, looking to just plan out my second cycle a few months from now. Gonna try to get everything together so I dont have to rely on last minute purchases.
Stats
age: 26 (8 years working out)
weight: currently 187 (still on first cycle)
height: 5'6
First cycle was:
Dbol 1-4 40mgs/day
Test-400 1-4 (400mgs/week)
Test enan 4-12 (600mg/week) (I switched from the t400 to test enan just to simplify the cycle)
nolva 14-18 20-20-20-20
1 shot of GnRH after Test, before PCT.
Armidex liquid on cycle .5mg every 3 days to keep down water retention. Will up dose if gyno pops up (so far so good).
So for second cycle, what compounds should I be looking at?

How much have you gained with just test? If you grew very well you can stick to test, if you want to pin more try test-prop.
AnonI'm up 15 lbs just over 4 weeks in. I am taking an AI every 3 days to keep down water retention so it's mostly dry weight.
hey bro (IMO) good move switching to test e. you are early in ur cycle history and just learning how ur body reacts to compounds so simple is better (and A+ putting ur cycle together early!)
no need to get fancy bro,(new) ppl look at cycle progression as somehow the necessity to mix and match compounds. NOT TRUE. Cycling is goal orientated and gains are primarily dictated by diet and training(I know, the "boring" stuff)
Test should be the base of ANY cycle u do. YES you will hear of ppl doing cycles without test but these ppl are either uninformed and don't know what they're doing or VERY informed and DO know what they're doing.
(IMO)I'd go something like:
wks 1-5 tbol 50ed (to feel out another compound)
wks 1-12 test e (or c) 500ew (a slight raise in ur test)
and really concentrate on dialing in ur diet and training (u will be amazed with the results when u pull the focus off the compounds and onto the "important" factors.)
there is plenty of time to experiment and work with other compounds bro. in the mean time RESEARCH and (learn to) match the compounds to ur goals

AnonBoom, thanks man. Very Helpful. Ill be honest the t400 just sounds so good to a newb, but actually using it.. well.. that's a different story. So much happier with the Test E alone based on price and the reduced PIP.

AnonMy diet has been dialed in for awhile. I actually have a BSc in Food Science and Nutrition so i know what I should be doing food wise. When I started working out 8 years ago at 18 I was 107 lbs at 5'6 (Did a lot of long distance running).
The heaviest I've been was 195 (no gear) but that was a huge bulking phase (pretty much steak with every meal) Leaned out to 176. right now im just a tad bit under 190 but a lot leaner then I was when bulking naturally. Looking to hit 200 lbs by the end of this cycle.
As for the work out, more then anything I'm probably guilty of over training. I hate the notion of not going all out each training session. I toned it down and mixed up the workouts in the last year and have gotten better results.
tread-mLet me give my 2 on the gyno issue real quick and then move from there. It was said "if you get gyno" and I spend some time trying to help understand the gyno scare. Gyno is not when you have sore nipple. We will likely all get sore nipples from time to time and even lumps. Even the lumps themselves are not gyno. I wkill advise you do follow protocols to be safe if getting sore nips and especially intil you know your body. I know mine well enough to know I dont have the predisposition that comes from female breast tissue formed during puberty if you were a little or a lot fat in the chest. If you were you likely converted estroge n stored in that fat to female breast tissue and it is just waiting in the dark to blow into a larger version of gyno. So as you see some men get into their later years and take on full blown man boobs it means they had the onset, or predisposition, of gyno from puberty and then as they got older and test levels dropped allowing estrogen to take over again, the man boobs come on. Be careful without panic and learn your body. Cautious is great but not scared and sore is pre gyno the same wat a mole or keratosis is pre cancer but does not mean at all you will get cancer Ok based on what you have and in my opinion, you are running a second cycle now really. Having said so and desiring another bulk cycle next time heres where I go if I'm in your shoes. I keep my test as you have it now except I double dose first week next cycle. I add deca at 50 to 60% of your test weeks 1-10 on a 12 week test cycle. Keep pct as amp shows. Yes this is a third cycle basically but you jumped the gun already. The reason for starting with jus test and adding a compound each time is to learn your body with one at a time. Given you will know the 2 you have at the end of this one I'm ok with the addition of deca. Take it slow and remember, goals are achieved with diet not compounds. So to get big you have to eat big. To get big and stay fairly lean you have to eat big on lean red met and chicken. No hurries brother, turtle wins so take it slow.

Yeah I was at first, before finding eroids, considering just running a Dbol-only cycle. Oh how far I have come from that idiotic thought.
hard to plan a cycle when you dont have stats for after this cycle. its all going to depend on your goals, and where your about 8 weeks off this current cycle. But it being your second cycle i would stay away from tren, deca. Maybe add some eq, primo, mast.
AnonI was planning on staying away from tren probably forever.. Heard a bunch of bad shit. I have enough trouble sleeping as it is.
Its less of planning a cycle, more of what compounds I could be researching and looking into. I will do some indepth into those three you listed!
I realize you are still on your 1st cycle, remember "time on + pct= time off"
Looks fine I am guessing Test400 is sust. so the switch over from that to test e is fine. PCT for nolva is usually ran at 40/40/20/20. The arimidex, if gyno does occur don't up the dose. Keep it at .5mg just increase the frequency.
For example: If you get gyno, dose it at .5mg EOD. if that still does nothing try .5mg ED.
Sorry if this does not make to much sense, I am running on about 6 hours of sleep for the past 2 days. lol
AnonThanks Amp. Yes this second cycle is many months away (late march) Just being prepared.
The test 400 is similar to Sust.. Its 150 Test e, 150 Test cyp, 100 test prop. I made the rookie mistake of going for that. So switching to the Test E was my attempt to rectify that.
As for the Nolva, the reason I'm only doing 20mgs a day is do to the GnRH, that stuff will have a huge effect on natural test production with only 1 shot. Look it up. So I'm just going light on the nolva.
Also I'm mainly looking for what compounds I should be considering for my second cycle.
