+ 1 Opinions towards the end of the cycle and before my contest model

hello bros, I ask you an opinion .... now I explain:i'm preparing for a model contest. I am on my 8 week cutting (primo 600mg/week and 250mg test en / week,12.5mg aromasin/day,4ius hgh/day). I will finish this on 10th week. The results are good, quality, and veins. There is one problem, I feel deflated with defined muscles but deflated. should i perhaps make a charge of carbohydrates in a while? at the moment my diet is 270 prot / day 150carb/day 75fat/day
I'm 193cm tall 88kg 5.3%bf

This answer is meaningless. Meanwhile, I want to emphasize that if I put some pictures / links on eroids, I don't to tell you lies or bullshit about me, but to get advice and learn from the best men as Viking and a few other guys. I admire them all, because they share their knowledge with us, they are not jealous of their secrets, and they share their secrets (based on years and years) to direct us beginners (as me) towards the best choices ;infact they are happy to help us and do everything for free while from you I 've not learned a damn thing.So I thank Vik and the other guys who helped me!

Definately increase complex carbs!... try doubling your daily amount this will blow the muscles up and make you feel better in a matter of hours bro... stay at that level for as long as you can still see all your definition and cuts... if you start to smooth out slightly just drop carbs back in increments of 50 grams until you get the desired look/feel you want again... using this method now will teach you how even slight grammage change can alter the whole body look... start now so you can fine tune for when you are ready to do the photo shoot/contest carb loading /depleting is a skill that will stand you well forever when prepping the body for show purposes... it can be the make or break of how you look on the day.... hope this helps brother i cannot give you specific grammage figures through not knowing you or seeing how your body responds... its up to you to play around with carbs find the correct amount that works best for yourself.... keep me informed on your progress/results please bro i find carb manipulation to be my favourite subject in body prep... results come that fast its like waving a magic wand sometimes.

thanks bro! your knowledge is my guide=) well, now I begin to double the dose, then I pay attention, seeing how my body responds. Complex carbs, like bread, rice, pasta, potatoes etc. .. Right? In your opinion, what meals increase complex carbohydrates? Breakfast, lunch and snacks?? or I can increase the dose a little in every meal?

Breakfast,lunch,and snacks all before noon bro... you know how my carb system works and the total hours created carb free for fat burning muscle hardening... if you NEED carbs after lunch go with rice cakes but not too many... keep an eye in the mirror constantly and skin pinch yourself regular to be sure the carbs are not holding water sub Q... ok bro anything else hit me in PM ok Smile

fantastic!!it's been only one day that I've increased the carbo and this evening my muscles seem already a bit more hard .I continue and I will do so carefully. thank you =)

I agree, when hollywood asked for exceptional in the karma post,this is exceptional information in my opinion,concise and easy to understand,beyond normal cycle advice,i think karma was well deserved on this one Smile
