Next Cycle help!

ad

OK Guy's. Here are my Numbers. 6'1 260 lbs 41years old. Not sure of body fat, but a little over weight due to just coming back from shoulder surgery. This will be cycle 6. Three months ago I ran Test E @ 800mg a week with EQ @ 800mg a week gained some good size and lots of strength. Now that shoulder is almost back to good, I want to plan out the new cycle. What do you guys think? I wanna get Huge!

If it's tendon and ligament I would say hgh to try help with recovery and to avoid steroids for at least 6months after you're in the gym on a consistent basis
If it's muscular, I would recommend just test at first after 2-3months of consistent training. Avoid 19nors and drugs with a high androgen ratio. If you're muscles get too strong they could create an imbalance and completely ruin your shoulder.
Best of luck in your recovery dude

You could try using some HGH right now to assist with your shoulder recovery before you jump into anything crazy.

yup I was think that

Bro,

U start with steroids before u should and as a result build all kinds of strength in the muscles surrounding that shoulder injury and do some real damage and u will never make it back. In bodybuilding a severe shoulder injury is the kiss of death. You could run the risk of never being able to bench again. I've seen it.
IMO, u gotta just wait like the guys below are sayin. It's gotta heal completely.

Wishing u a speedy recovery,
GearHead

Test Deca Dbol?? Always a solid bulker bro. Definitely give your self enough time to get that shoulder right. Last thing you want to do is push it to soon, and be out again for an extended period of time.

I would not do anything your doctor doesn't advise. Until He says all clear just work on your diet and body parts that are not effected. I would take more than enough time to recover. Specially with EQ being on the cycle because it could potentially mask pain.

Ty sir I'm just trying to plan ahead. Can't even lift with my shoulder yet!

How long have you been back lifting since your surgery? Shoulders can take a while to get back and to push your self to get "huge" too early, can put you out of commission again and for an extended period of time. I know this from experience. How long was your last cycle?

I'm not back yet. just trying to plan ahead. last cycle was 16 weeks

Sorry to hear about your shoulder. Please take extra time to heal up and do your PT. It took me almost two years to be able to lift without pain. Take it slow and be wise.
Not sure exactly what you're looking for as far was cycle help. I know you want to get "huge", but do you have some compounds in mind? I'm a huge proponent of keeping it simple. Post up a proposed cycle and I think you will get a lot more responses and ideas.

Well I love EQ, need a test and was thinking of some A-bombs and or Sust. Also Ty for advice on shoulder. Went in to have arthritis and bone spurs removed. had that done and rotator- cuff was torn and labrum was torn 360 degrees. I got 7 anchors in the shoulder. LOL two days prior was benching 425 for a few reps. UGH!
