Newbie but would like feedback on first cycle

Hello all -
new to this site and just looking to learn as much as I can before i start my first cycle. Stats are 27 years old 5'10" and about 210, not completely shredded but abs are visible.
I was thinking to run a 10 wk test c. cycle.
WK 1-10 500mg/wk Test C.(2 shots Sun&Wed)
WK 4-11 500iu/wk HCG (broken into 2 doses same day as test)
WK 4-10 .5mg arimidex eod
WK 12-16 Nolva 40/40/20/20
I have tried to do as much research as possible but still get confilicting opinions on pct...any feedback is much appreciated.

Good looking cycle bro, as tread already said add clomid to pct and your set.
tread-mOn that cycle add 100/100/50/50 on the clomid and you're golden. At least 50's the whole 4. Letro on hand rather have it and not need it than not have it and need it. Would watch the AI situation to see if it needs reducing any point or could actually quarter it about a week after rolling the half eod. Keep something in mind newbster, diet is the goal 365 to the goal. Read, research a nd learn the builders diet now or all of this is just practice pinning for when you do figure it out down the road. Its all about the 6 meal plan brother.
What's your take on the hcg during? It's a lighter cycle so I'm thinking it May slow recovery.
tread-mObh I'm either way brother. Kinda like to see it in the final 2 but I'm a coin toss really on the run part...it is a light run.
Thanks for the reply and yes i am not going to touch my gear until i can get my diet completely in check. I was wondering about the clomid, but i read one of the stickys and it only showed the Nolva for first cycle, but ill grab some clomid as well. thanks again for the feedback.
Go 12 Weeks. Will get better effect. Research hcg a lil more....end of cycle to get em functioning. Pct starts two Weeks after last shot of test. .25 arimidex might be fine unless you're bloating/gyno probs.
yeah i was wondering if i should go 12 wks. so dont run the hcg during cycle? i have read about the blast aslo, but there is just so much contradicting info out there.
The studies go back n forth. Maybe if you were doing huge androgen stack. I'd bump at the end if you're nutties shrank a lot as a wakeup. Nolva will block your estro and clomid fires up the nutties to work again. Hcg can cause gyno issues but thenolva will block it for ya.
ok, so im gonna grab some clomid and run it as tread mentioned and then the day after my last test shot run 500iu of hcg ed for 10 days?? someone aslo mentioned i should stay on the arimidex for the 10 days of hcg...your thoughts?

tread-mBrother you have this hcg hammered in the pct there, not sure where you came up with this but lets drop it here and simplify. This is a light cycle so only hit the hcg at 250 iu's 4 times in the last 2 weeks of the cycle. So beginning week 11 hit the hcg at 250 every 3 days and when you have had 4 shots drop the hcg its done.
To be honest i have been reading so much not sure where i read it either, but it could have been for a more complex cycle. Well that makes it easy enough, i will run it this way and see how it goes. Thanks for all the feedback!
If ya run hcg 4-12 you'll be able to skip the after week 12 hcg..

If you do the 4-12 you will have full testes. Then you can see how your body reacts. It would prrobably make it easier on you then a 10 day pump up.
AnonThats how I run mine F48. Right up to the last pin of aas. I've also done the blast you are talking about. Only problem I had was when I did that the second half of the cycle I was rocking M&M's in my bean bag. No good. So I started running it thru the cycle and I recovered all the same. Some guys have different views on HCG protocol. I do what works for me.
Agree. Thats why first cycle is iffy. Everyone reacts differently. Light cycles work great for me so i don't have much shrinkage. Last part ....lil blast and good to go. Its best to be simple til you see bodys reactions.
And clomid with nolva to get testes working on their own. Google and forums here give descriptions of how it works and dosages
