My First Cycle... need pro advice!!
Don't mean to bother anyone but I'm looking for a little advice. I'm 32 years old, about 30 pounds overweight, and know my way around the weight room. Haven't been super active in the gym since I had kids 4 years back... until recently. I have an upcoming knee transplant surgery in a few months and I'm looking at doing my first ever cycle. Trying to increase strength and shed weight without increasing size a ton. Figure this will lessen the load and shorten recovery time on my repaired knee. Was thinking about 250mg sust weekly with about 40mg var daily for 8-10 weeks as my first cycle. I'm also looking for this to be a permanant lifestyle change and plan on doing a post surgery cycle and other occasional cycles as well.
Also, I get you can't reveal or promote sources, but I'm trying to figure out if I should use a UGL or a legit Pharma. The problem is with all of my research I still can't seem to find a legit pharma or UGL. Every time I find what I believe to be a legit pharma or UGL I see lab test results or other problems from forums on this site which then makes me hesitant to pull the trigger. I'll do my best to find a source on my own but I want to make sure I'm getting product from a good pharma/UGL through whatever sources.
So my questions are...
Is my thoughts for 250mg sust and 40mg var good for my first cycle good or too aggressive?
Can anyone else recommend other stacks or products to help shed the fat fast?
What pharmas or UGL's are legit and trustworthy? Better to order from Europe versus other countries/regions? Problems with customs when ordering internationally?
Yeah, I'm a complete noob but want to make some educated decisions. I've been back in the gym 4-5 times a week for a couple of months now and have already seen good results naturally but I'm looking to kick it up a notch. Hopefully some of you veterans can prevent me from doing something stupid on accident. Thanks all in advance for any advice and help.

So maybe I will stay away from aas until post surgery. Then I'll set my baseline with 250mg weekly of test E to see how it goes. Had a couple of people recommend clenbuterol as an energy booster/fat burner. Does anyone have experience with it?
Thank you guys very much for your honesty. I appreciate the info. My goal is to drop another 30 pounds and get to a lean 210. I've already dropped 10 pounds in the last 2 months. So I guess I'm only 30 pounds overweight, in my opinion. Doc would say lose another 20. But I want to try to get down to when I was 22 years old. Gym discipline and diet aren't a problem for me. The kids are 4 and 2 now and easier to manage. But for a while there they were a handful and me working out 5 days a week with screaming babies at home caused some family/marital problems. Ultimately I let myself go and got a bad case of dad bod. As for blood tests, I didn't consider it as most of the experienced people I know who have cycled never mentioned anything about it. Ok, stay away from sust and var for now and IF I tried anything go with test E...?
RustyhookerGathering food info is more important.
Sir i agree with the others. If your about to get surgery you dont want to put any strain on that leg. Also your cycle is a mess. First cycle should be just test e to gauge how your body responds to the hormone and get pinning down but 40 lbs over wheight means get your diet in check and ease back in or your going to hurt more than your leg. Sus is a blend of test and 250 mg a week is not optimal. Var is good when diets in check u wont even get bennifits from it. Do more resaerch.
Dude, you shouldn't be thinking about a cycle right now. Believe me everything needs to be just right before you hop on, and for good reason.
If you're not already in a place where you are disciplined enough to be training at least 3-4 times a week, month in month out, then why do you think you can be disciplined enough when on cycle.
If you're overweight, you should really try and lighten the load before hopping on, not as some rite of passage but because the higher body fat you have, the more side effects you're likely to experience.
Not to mention that you have surgery coming up. That is the craziest idea.
You've made no mention of what your goals are or whether you've considered getting blood tests yet.
Honestly, take a rain check and do some research whilst your waiting for your op.
Good luck bro
My advice would be to not even think about aas if your going to have surgery I would watch your diet and do cardio to lose the weight that would be best for your knee and if you have the ability to lose the weight that way then once your recovered and have your bf down enough then I would think about a test only cycle no var good luck
