I been wanting to try mast for a long time but have always been scared as shit to loose my hair. I finally said fuck it and started running the mast I been sitting on for sometime. I been watching my hair really closely, if I seen one hair fall out the mast was going in the trash. So far im about a mo th into cycle and I haven't had any hair loss. Im still gonna keep an eye on it. Since I been on it for a month now is it safe to say I should be ok and won't loose hair? Im still gonna keep an eye on it but my nerve have eased a bit. Is there a particular time hairloss usually occurs?

I'm not prone to MPB but mast still makes me shed. Nothing like it for prep though. I use it when I have to.

If you arent MPB prone it may not trigger at all. Its a big part of your genetics.
Some start losing hair already weeks in i know, I havent tried myself but maybe someday
