Long and low, or Short and high?

ad

Just looking to get some feed back here. I've been talking to some friends and of course everyone is know it all. Personally I've always thought 10-12 weeks is a good cycle. But we sparked debate last night and some questions came up I would like to get some input on.
Do you think it's better to run a longer cycle with a lower amount of test like 17-weeks at 300 mg, or a shorter one with a higher amount like 8-weeks at 625mg

I know the longer ones make it harder to get your levels back in check and it can be harder to keep gains. So I'm not sure why this was even debated but I was wondering if maybe there is something I've missed?

Thoughts?

if your looking to do less than a 10 wk cycle short esters would be a more oprtimal approach being that (most) long esters won't even kick in til wk 4 or 5

300 is more of a TRT dose so you may experience some gains but (IMO) I wouldn't consider anything less than 400 (500 more reasonably) as a cycle.

Aside from the half-life of the compound (which in most cases is charted in wks)the duration of the cycle is what lends itself to recovery time. shut down is shut down regardles of 300mg or 625mg and the longer your shut down the longer the recovery.
TIME ON+PCT=RECOVERY i.e 12wk cycle+4wks PCT = 16wk RECOVERY

Totally depends on the individual , the experience with AAS , the diet and training habits/regamine. I personally won't run less than 12weeks. I'll just switch up compounds depending I what I running. Example: week 1-4 run high doses of prop and NPP with low doses of Deca and cyp. After week 4 drop the prop and NPP and double the dose of Deca and cyp. Then run a taper of prop the last few weeks of the cycle. It's unique to the person. You'll get 10 different opinions and every one of them will be right.

Cookies are good for pct, lol. A 20 week cycle is long bro but it depends who you ask. I think it is. Some ppl just cruise and never stop basically putting themselves on TRT. For me, 20 weeks is too long. I go 12max. Hllywdby would have much better advice to offer than me. I'm still learning my body and what compounds mesh well with me. Hopefully some vets chime in for you.
