JUST GOT INJURED. DO I COME OFF CYCLE?
ad
What's up bro's,
Well for the first time in life I got injured in the gym. I was dumbell pressing the 130's and my spotter trying to help only pulled up one of my arms when I was trying to force one more rep. Well as you can imagine when pushed up my one arm it knocked me off balance and I hit the floor and broke my pinky finger. The doctor says that it is going to take 3 tyo 4 weeks to heal properly. I am currently on week 6 of my 12 week cycle and my question is do I start my PCT and save what I have for the next cycle or do I continue on my cycle. Any advice is appreciated.

I think your right although I respect what the other guys are saying about working the legs and abs.
tread-mHow many cycles have you ran so far and stats...different answer for different situations IMO.
I have run 13 including the one that I am on
tread-mI'm extending the cycle 4 weeks and staying on. Work the legs, more cardio, abs...keep the juices flowing and even do what you can with the other arm. It actually prompts things in the injured side to some degree believe it or not and 2 weeks after you can work the bad side you never knew you were injured. Not a big brother. If a newb I say come off but you have plenty of experience to extend this cycle.

I broke it in two place bro I cant even make a fist?
You may not be able to make a fist, but you can still give a finger to the injury, Mate.
And don't forget, you still have your Legs and Abs that don't need you to use your hands.
Hope you get well sooner rather than later anyway.
thanks brother i appreciate the advice and support but I think I am just going to call this one but I am going to do the legs and abs like you suggested.
If I'm honest, I would come off the juice too, Mate.
I'd be thinking that I'm just wasting my hard earned money, AND IN SOME CASES, hard to get stock, by pinning up when I can't get the fullness out of it.
And before anyone comments, I know it would be more physiological B.S that one convinces themselves is true when on a cycle, but I'm just saying it how I would do and see it.
But I'd DEFINITELY work my legs and abs, and I'd conquer my cardio work a lot more too.
Without Lifting/Pushing I'd be too miserable to live with. LOL
