Joints are starting to ache

ad

Right I'm on week 12 of 14 of a 500 mg/week test E and ending it with 50mg of tbol for the last 4 weeks. Arimidex 0.25 EOD. Fish oil and a multi everyday.

Anyways the past 2 weeks I've had pain in my main joints, not sharp just achy. Especially when I'm lifting.

I've seen my main lifts go from

BP has gone up 20kg to 95kg
OHP has gone up 10kg to 60kg
Squat has gone up 40 to 130kg
Deadlift has gone up 40 to 170kg.

Is it just my joints haven't had a chance to catch up compared to muscle gains?

Sorry I was a little vague on what my lifts are. They are going UP by a certain amount, those aren't my starting figures. ie deadlift has gone up from 130 BY 40 to 170.

I shouldn't be on steroids if those were my starting figures.

75kg bench press and you decided on using gear?

At 23 no less...

Jg, I'm 24 and I've been using various PEDs from PHs to AAS since my HS days. Do you really want to be risking your body when it's still maturing on its own? I'm sure you hear this from older vets, but at 24 I'm looking at probably spending the rest of my life on therapy. And believe me, the notion that I will have to jab myself every week for the rest of my life is not something I look forward to. Send me an FR and shoot me a PM if you wanna talk, get to know what my side of the story is like. You're 23, so if you can hold off for a 2-3 more years and then jump back into the game properly, you won't regret it.

I had no real intention of using after this to be honest. The goal was to get to around 90-95kg and 1/2/3/4 plates for the big lifts and work on maintaining them which I'll have done by the time I hit 24.

Fair enough I did jump in a little early but its a mild-ish cycle and I'll hopefully get a very good PCT down and in 6 weeks I'll get my test levels checked when I go to get my thyroid levels checked (hypothyroidism).

With all due respect, there really is no such thing as a mild cycle. You can have relatively milder cycles compared to other cycles, but even your cycle will shut you down. If this is also your first cycle, scrap the Tbol.

You could have easily gotten to those targets naturally by simply tweaking your diet, and eating more, working out harder (if strength is your goal, you could check out the various programs from powerlifters. I used to do Wendler's a lot and it worked very wel for me). Your starting stats and end goals also appear to me like a simple copout for the struggle that involves getting there without any gear. I used to weigh in my 130s when I began taking lifting seriously. I hit 180 within 12 months, simply by lifting big and eating bigger.

I hate to break it to you, but once you come off cycle, your big lifts will go down... It's just the nature of things. I'd even go as far and recommend you end the cycle early, do a thorough PCT, get checked, and proceed from there naturally till you're 25/26. There's tons we can help you without sans AAS usage, including lifting, dieting, etc.

How is your form? Cry havoc and chunky pointed out the obvious, you're going up way too fast, but you could also be using bad form which would exacerbate the problem.

TIme to keep those reps above 10 for a while. At your age your ego is gonna fuck up your joints. More reps, less weight, constant tension, even rep pase, controlled up, controlled down. Getting super strong is fun, but be careful to avoid injury. I fucked my rotator cuff up about 3 months ago during PCT because my ego got the best of me and I am still paying the price. Its just about back to normal, but let me tell ya, lifting while injured blows!

x2....lower weight and increase the time under tension. Your muscles won't know the difference and your joints will thank you.

Your muscle is outgrowing your tendons and joints. Your lifting benchmarks jumped an AVERAGE of 356%. 500% on your OHP. If you persist you will cause long term effects on your joints needing therapy or medication when you are older. This is where having some discipline pays off. I would back down a little and keep lifting. Trying to max out every week is not good for your joints. This is a long term plan and goal. Pushing too hard all the time will take you out of the game.

I would encourage you to come off the cycle and work on your natural strength and gains for two more years. At 23 you are producing more than enough testosterone to produce natural muscle. Think about your future bud. This is not something to take lightly.

So true. I wish I would have backed off a little in my younger days. I'm sure I wouldn't feel as old as I do now if I would just have lightened up on the weights a bit.
