+ 1 HGH dosing for endurance athlete
ad
I've noticed a lot of the talk around HGH deals with doses for body builders, rather than someone who is an endurance runner or cyclist. My guess is that you wouldn't run huge doses of HGH for endurance athletes in order to avoid weight gain, but I wanted to reach out to the community to double check.
Anyone have any protocols they would be willing to share for upper end endurance athletes (someone running 70-100 miles per week)? I would also be curious is anyone knew how much Lance was taking back in the day!
I'm also wondering if anyone has ran tb-500 in conjunction with HGH for recovery from endurance training. Bonus if you know/have any thoughts on tb-500 for bone health.
Thanks!

1-2 IU is not enough in my opinion. People overestimate HGH sometimes. but i see it the same way as AK80 said. The only thing i would do different is to split 3IU into 2 x 1.5IU and one dose o
before bedtime.
anvilYou could do 1-2iu per day. It just really depends how you react. Some people it spikes BP and you can retain water.
Vigorous Steve has a yt vid on endurance athletes. Check that out.
TB 500 you might not notice any difference, so be hard to tell if it's worth the money.
AK803iu before bed so you sleep good and don't have any side effects while you are running should be good. Any more than that and you may experience slight water weight gain. I don't think Lance took any. He did take EPO though. Erythropoietin to get more oxygen in his blood. With having only 1 testicle, he probably takes TRT now too. You can get BPC-157 mixed with TB-500. 500mcg per day next to your navel or in sore areas for 2 weeks should show results, but I'd go until you feel healed. May as well take a scoop of Animal Pak vitamin powder in the morning and before bed if you aren't already to fill in any potential gaps. Don't know any multivitamin better or cheaper than what's all in that stuff!
