Help with Dosage and Timeline for Cycle

Hi Everyone,
I am 27, 190lbs, and this is going to be my 2nd cycle.
I've purchased Sustanon and Masteron both Pharma grade, and Anavar. I'm looking to find out the timeline and dosage for Sus and Masteron for a 12 week program.

If this is your 2nd cycle why are you adding 2 more compounds? What was your first cycle. What did you run? What was your experience with it? What are your goals. There is a lot to deal with here. If this is your 2nd cycle you need to keep it basic. Sust and Anavar would be fine. Shit, even Test E or Cyp would be done with Anavar.

600mg Sustanon
400mg masteron E
You can possibly run mast prop for the first 8 weeks.
Do you have an AI? Do you have a PCT?
