HCG, Arimadex, Nolva on cycle????
Lads reasearching for first cycle.
I'll only be looking at doing 500mg test E a week for 12 weeks as that seems the best place to start off considering sides, knowing how the body will react and so on. PCT Nolva 40/40/20/20.
TBH from my research so far I'm not to keen to start a cycle without using something at the same time. I'm 25, I have 11% BF 98kgs (I'm aussie fuk that pound shit but to much BF I'm sure) and I still get minor pimples every now and then so I'm fairly sure I fit the mould of sides on cycle. Hence why I don't wanna start without.
There are different chains of thought on AI's and HCG during cycle. Some say don't do HCG let the cycle run it's course and recover in PCT some say it's a must do it's so good. Some think that Adex is bad on cycle because it lowers E levels to low that it hinders gains, yet again some say use it with Nolva to keep E in check.
Would love to know peoples experience while running only Test E 500mg/wk and what they may have used on cycle, doses, ed/eod and so on.

98 kg is 215.9 pounds BTW and I believe it would still be 11 percent regardless of it being kg or lbs

I just spent the last couple months scouring the forums and deciphering the different opinions (adex vs aromasin etc...) Then once I had it put together as I understood it, I asked for a review from the vets (twice) and they tweaked it. It absolutely BLEW having to sift through MOUNTAINS of info to figure all this shit out just to work out what the perfect first cycle is and why. I have to say though man it was well worth the late nights and recommend it. It's the difference between understanding what your doing and trusting someone with your health. How does nolva keep estro in check ? Also i see your Aussie so go join my group under community Australian new Zealand lounge I usually have a soft spot for fellow Aussies but you clearly lack suitable knowledge to run a cycle send me a friend request and join lounge ill try and get you on track.

HCG.....I could take it or leave it......you'll have enough going on with your first cycle to worry about throwing another wrinkle in there with HCG. I wouldn't bother with it.
Let me tell you . The Adex while on cycle better than nolvadex . Because nolvadex block your estro but Adex control it . And you need some of estro to grow man . Old school used nolvadex but in that time had no options . And if you have puffy nipples I mean strong one you can use nolvadex . But it's your first cycle you don't know who is your body will react . So start with adex when you see a sign of high estro 0.25 e3d then adjust it as you need . About hcg it help you to recover faster you still 25 you need your balls working good for future. And add clomid to your pct it's also for your balls . And about when to start hcg or pct I think you know this .right ?
To start off, ull get less pimples on test e than test c, secondly, since this is your first cycle( im almost done with mine) you wanna stack up on multivitamins, especially vitamin c. Also i wouldnt really use an ai during cycle, unless you start seeing side effects, but if you want to, go with arimidex, and for pct do clomid.

Needs more than that. How about putting some Nolva in there also.
Bloods will be your best friend in finding out what you need.
For me personally, I don't run HCG because it causes my estro to spike pretty high and it doesn't give me any benefit in my recovery process. That doesn't mean it won't serve it's purpose for others.
Further I like to run Adex due to control during cycle and by the end I transition to Aromasin for PCT.
Of course, what dosage you need for an AI, will depend on the individual.
If I'd run a SERM during Cycle, I would recommend in looking into Raloxifene. Especially because Nolva interferes with Type 2 AI's, Ie. lowering the effect of each other, which would be counterproductive due to the reason you take the compounds in t he first place. Raloxifene on the other hand doesn't interfere with AI's, thus making it a valid option

At 500mg/wk, AI is a necessity. You will almost certainly have high estrogen without it. The dosage is something you'll have to find, but most use 0.5mg eod. Nolva won't be needed on cycle with a proper AI. As for hcg, that really comes down to individual preference. For a beginner cycle like this, most people won't really need it. A proper pct should restore somewhat normal function of your testes, but it really does come down to the individual. I've personally found that I don't need it for simple cycles:
Your pct is not ideal. While in the past either nolva or clomid was used, generally we now use both. It works better together.
