frontload first cycle?
ad
Hey guys,
I am going to be running my first cycle at the beginning of December.
250mg Test E twice a week
adex
HCG
Nolva for PCT
I have been reading that frontloading will get my blood level up much faster and make for a better cycle overall. However, is this a bad idea for the first cycle seeing as how I am not sure how my body will respond to the test? I hope this hasn't been totally covered on another thread. I looked around but didn't find much...I wish the search function worked :(

Thanks for all of the info guys. Even bigger thanks to tread-m for taking the time to write such a serious response!
tread-mJust repeating some of what has been said, yes, test only no front load and if you want succes you eat your way to your goal. Food is the most important part of any goal with body composition so you find the diet that meets that goal and most of your hard work goes into that. The gear and gym are just easy, diet is where the real work AND the real magic is. Having stats is nice but your goal listed in your questions is key, its hard to know what to recommend given most of the compounds work for many different goals and diet controls the outcome...test only will still be the first cycle but how you go about eating will determine the rest.
biggest bump ... well said bro!!!!
Looks like you have answers your own question. It's alway best to stick with test only for your first cycle. This way if you get any sides you will know exactly whats causing em. Dont worry about frontloading it. You will get great results of test alone. Leave the frontloading for your sec cycle.
Yeah, I knida knew the answer already. Just wanted the POV from more experienced guys on the board. I just want to make sure I get the most out of my first cycle!
Your gains will be greatly Influinced by your diet. Make sure your diet is on point before you begin your cycle.
On point-- meaning healthy, 6 meals a day, high calories, lots of lean protein, veggies and complex carbs?
Yes its hard to say what your nutritional needs will be in order to grow. Everybody will have there own needs this is where one has to get to know there own body.
