First timer, with very little to no knowledge

ad

Hello, i am a pretty tall and lanky guy. I’m about 133 pounds and 5’11”, if that gives you much insight. low BF as you can imagine. For a bit of backstory i decided to do wrestling this year. It was much harder than i expected, and i have been doing pretty terrible so far. i lack confidence going out on the mat, and always seem to be outmuscled. my technique is decent, but it still seems to not be going good for me. i have NEVER done a sport before, while pretty much everyone on the team has, leaving me being the unathletic one. i haven’t got a win so far this season, and it’s starting to get to me. i was told by a friend that he cycled for the season, and it was no surprise as he was by far the best on the team. unfortunately i have since lost contact with him, and at the time i was uninterested so i didn’t get info. i wanted to get in the game, because i am tired of being the unathletic one who everyone wrestles with because they know they can beat me. that is why i have come here. there is much to learn, but i have no clue where to start and which meds might suit me. that is why i was wondering if there is any experienced person out there who can help me plan a good cycle for wrestling, and just overall help me get the feel of everything. Thank you

Do research on PEDS that keep you in the same weight catagory! I'm assuming you cant gain weight because your a weight restricted athlete. Then make your decision! Learn..learn..learm!

College NCAA has 125, 133, & 141 pound wrestling! It's possible I suppose & parents buy slots into college spots these days. Shits on the news. Lol

You really don't get it, do you? We don't give any advice for taking gear to kids! Not to high school kids, not to college boys....

Totally agreed! I recant the statement....Highschool use is terrible & not cool, but most of us started juice in college! It's reality in this age we live in.

Doesn't matter what reality is the rule is 25.

Everybody starts somewhere! He can go from looser to bruiser

tattoofreak's picture

He obviously is a skinny high school wrestler, idiot! Also he told that he never did any sports before! So why giving advice to use gear to this guy?

my advice? get a wrestling coach because gear wont make u any better,, or learn all the good moves.. the only thing gear will do is maybe give u some pip and you wont be 100% for a match,,

if it were only that easy.. take gear and be the best,,,,
sorry but its a lot more than that,.. a lot of cardio ,, and get a good coach. and just take it all in,

the guy was prolly a very good wrestler ,, so you just saw he won a lot and knew he took gear ,so assumed the gear made him, good,,,

not to mention , if you do a big match , for states or countys,, they could drug test … than you will be sol

Bud you seem pretty genuine in what you say, probably just a bit lost in how to go about it the proper way. You say you have never done a sport before, I'm assuming that also means lifting weights in the gym too. Forget about any kinds of steroids for at least the first several years and just get yourself in the gym and eating heavily. Basic, solid nutritionally dense foods, tonnes of whole milk regularly and a good basic gym programme is all you need for now. Just doing this right will soon add on 40lb's. All this type of thing is readily available on here and the Internet in general Smile

I know you are banned now but I'm sure you'll come back and read this page still.

Great minds think alike!! Lol He seems alright, any of us could have written something similar to this first time on here when naive to things.

You'll have to learn the hard way that you are probably an ectomorph and that tends to make things difficult. However as someone sad below if you study bodybuilding first and hither gym and learn to workout and recover properly you might make some progress!

Is that 5”11 with high heels on or wedges

Just trying to visualize lol

Ok. I’ll help you out man

The best med you can use is...

Wait for it
Wait for it
Here it comes
Wait for it
Wait for it

Ok....

Food and Gym!

BAM. you’re welcome

GizmoDuck's picture

Damn. That was a quick ban

DfromPhilly's picture

Sounded like he was in High school. Early high school at that. Crazy

I also like how he thought steroids will make him athletic lol. Had to be a child

GizmoDuck's picture

Wait??? You mean they don’t. DAMN

DfromPhilly's picture

Lmao. Yea you just take them and all of the sudden you have amazing hand eye coordination, finesse, and you can do backflips and shit.

I’d love to see some of the top bodybuilders try to throw a baseball. Has to be comical. I’m sure some are athletic from their youth and can just fine... but you know there’s some goofs in there that only know how to train and pose.
