Hi I am planning a test E cycle at 500 a week. I'm just not sure what AI I should choose.
Aromasin or arimidex.
and if hcg should be included when I'm prone to gyno.
I'd rather go all in than be sorry
I get shut down at low dose var, and tbol so i think hcg will be good for me.
I've got bloods done Due to low test.
And planning before, during, and after cycle bloods.

What's up man? I'm not prone to gyno but I have used Aromasin, never Arimidex. I have nothing bad to say about Aromasin tho. Not prone to gyno/estro, started AI 4 weeks before my cycle ended and I'm continuing using it during PCT w/Clomid.

I've read Arimidex is easier to get your dosing right but from my research, cycle logs I've watched and conversations with bros I trust I go with Aromasin.

That was what it I leaned against. There are just many who still use armidex so one doubts. I will use Aromasin from week 3 through out pct
No worries man. Just be aware you might have to mess with your dosing to get your sweet spot. 12.5 works perfect for me, my boy runs 10 and I have another buddy running around 15. Just keep on your labs and watch your estro so it doesn't tank.
How many weeks?
Arimidex is enough to test only cycle (0,5 e3d should be good)
Use HCG is good ALWAYS but you dont need if you arent feeling atrophy

You don't need hcg on cycle, others do use it while on but generally most don't from what I can gather. I'd save it for when you come off.
As for an Ai, I'd personally use adex, @0.5 eod. Never used aromasin so can't comment on its effectiveness but plenty do use it.
Of course I have plans on proper pct.
