Finalizing a perfect Cycle

ad

A couple weeks ago i had all types of questions regarding my upcoming cycle and i would just like to thank the Eroids community for helping me out with all my concerns. Its awesome knowing if i ever have any questions or concerns about anything i can come here and get a straight forward answer. I am posting this because my order is on its way and i want to make sure this cycle goes perfectly. First things first i am getting bloods done as soon as i go to the doctors (this week) but i am only getting liver enzymes and Test levels tested for so i am wondering if this is sufficient or do i NEED to get additional blood work done like a female hormone panal from private md labs.

Stats:
Age - 27
Height - 5'7"
weight - 175
Body fat 15%-16%

Previous cycles:
1st - Test E 500mg
2nd Test E 500mg and Deca 250mg
PCT for both cycles - Clomid 50/50/25/25 and Nolva 40/40/20/20

Goals:
I am looking to put on as much lean muscle as possible, also a big goal of mine is to stick to my diet without cheating. I plan to eat 3k-3.5k calories a day.

Diet:
I will be honest i do not have an EXACT PLAN and im sure some people will think this is not smart but i work 9-12 hour shifts and even if i planned out when and what to eat it would be impossible to stick with it because i do not know when i will have a break to eat. I work at a restaurant and i take home as much food as i please so my diet really consists of just meat/fish/poultry/pork along with veggies, fruit, and nuts for liquids its milk/protein shakes/water. At work i eat the same foods, its hard to eat big meals so i snack on stuff constantly to make up for it. Other than those foods i really do not eat much else, i stay away from sugar and carbs. I have counted calories before so i have a good idea of how many calories/grams of protein i am eating per day.

Upcoming cycle:
weeks 1-12 Deca 150mg e3d
weeks 1-14 Test E 300mg e3d
weeks 1-14 Adex .25 e3d
weeks 5-14 HCG 250iu x2 weekly
Prami/letro on standby for prolactin/Estro emergencies

PCT 18 days after last Test E pin:
Clomid weeks 100/100/50
Nolva weeks 40/40/20/20

Additional info:
I have never experienced any prolactin or estro related sides other than being SLIGHTLY moody near the end of my last cycle. So i am pretty sure i wont need the prami or letro but i have it just in case. ALSO i will be getting bloods done during week 6 to see how my estro/test levels are doing and adjust adex if needed.

LAST QUESTION:
I am thinking about adding weeks 11 to PCT Anavar 50mg ED i have stayed away from orals because of how harsh they are, but i have done my research on var and heard it is a very mild oral and i think it would be a nice bridge to my PCT. Any Comments/Ideas/concerns/advice will be greatly appreciated, thank you all for your help.

Dude, taking home food from work and snacking is not a diet plan to run a set like what your planning. If you can't commit 100% you really should re think what your doing. I work 12 18 hour days I travel 8 months a year and still have a meal plan that is adhered to. If you want it, you will prioritize it!

i dont think youre in the right calorie zone for perfect gains, i think you need at least another 1500 calories, and i wouldnt mess with the var, you need a good 6-8 weeks of var to really appreciate the gains you can get from it and its not for a bridge either, proviron is the best option for a bridge. HCG is something that has been beaten to death around here, there are so many "different ideas and opinions " i am a firm believer that best place for HCG is the guys on trt and as a pct bridge to get the ponies warmed up for a good PCT. i wont go into all the details of why, ive covered this a lot in the PCT section. since youre running deca, go to the PCT section and read the very top post on that page i wrote on torem, its a better alternative to clomid especially for those running 19nor such as deca or tren because of the harsh shut down with them.

I would have as much blood work done as possible, as often as possible, certainly won't hurt. Just an F.Y.I. prolactin is not included on private md labs female panel if you do run into some trouble. You said that you stay away from carbs, is this being done to prime yourself for the cycle? Tough to build muscle without carbohydrates. That's my .02, otherwise kudos on doing some good research, interested to see what the brain trust/gurus on here have to say.

Thank you and of course during cycle i will be eating carbs. As of now i am keeping carbs to a minimum to cut down my BF%.

interested to see what the brain trust/gurus on here have to say.

What does that mean? heard the term "brain dead" but never "brain trust"............... regarding the post/cycle......... i wouldn't expect much if any gain at all with the eating plan outlined, and i am way against the 18 day bridge with anavar................. it just looks like a drug run without adequate time set aside for proper eating and training.

Please guys don't respond to this post... i will not respond back i see no point, the cycle is not justified.

x2. Diet is sooo key in this game. if you are trying to gain make sure you gaining before you start your cycle, or atleast know exactly how many calories its gonna take for you to add muscle. You do not want to waste time the first couple weeks playing with your calorie intake trying to find how much it takes for your body to gain. That should all be dialed in as well as your training before your start. The gear is just the icing on the cake.

Well thank you, i am throwing the bridge idea out the window because again it was just a thought. As for my eating plan is it 100% absolutely needed that you plan out every last morsel you put into your mouth. I thank you for the advice but i am confident that i will make good gains on this cycle and i will love to provide before and after pictures to prove you wrong, ty for that extra bit of motivation.

I really hope you the best on this cycle, but I agree with everyone else food is everything man. Read around these forms and you'll see all the experienced guys say the same thing, WITHOUT FOOD YOU'LL SEE NOTHING. Without a great diet all you're wasting your money. Plan out your meals each week make them on a Sunday or whatever your day off is for your work. I worked active duty military for four years and I still had time to plan my meals cook them and MADE time to eat, so saying you don't have time for something as important as food(if you're really serious about this) is just BS. I worked 14-16 hour shifts during that time so I know it can be rough but if your dedicated you can make it happen.

working in a kitchen is alot different, what im i supposed to say "Chef hold off on that tuna burger ima go out back and eat a 1400 cal meal, be back in 15 min" dont think that would go over to well. Not eating right is a lot different than not planing everything down to a T. I just need to plan out what food i need to eat that day, and somehow find time to eat it while working. I will figure it out im sure of it.
