EPO FOR ENDURANCE

ad

Ok Im going to try this one more time to see if there are any others here that dabble with epo. If I dont get any hits I wont bother with it again. I also belong to another site that has alot of great info and feedback on epo but Id like to see who here is on or has used it. This stuff is dangerous if you dont know what your doing and is very complicated if your new. I have ran it twice now and was stupid about it the first time I did it. Before you even think about running a cycle you NEED blood work done AND if you want to save $ you have to spend $ on a centrifuge otherwise you end up spending hundreds on blood work at the lab like I did. I can honestly say I threw about $500 in the trash because I did it so sloppy the first time. Stupid Stupid Stupid! Ive been reading about it in detail for months now and have a good understanding on what it takes to run a proper cycle but there is always more to learn. E is like the Cocaine of steroids and endurance. You cant just buy a cycles worth and run it and expect to get results. It takes alot detail, prep work and tests to make sure all your levels are correct and that you are getting the right bang for your buck and also to keep you safe and healthy. I am getting ready to start another cycle in the next month or so. I am in no hurry but I have some left over in the fridge. Im getting some blood work done tomorrow to establish some baselines, then I will begin my iron loading in the weeks to come. If anyone has any questions Id be glad to answer them or if youd like to share your experiences Id also like to hear them.

I really want to use this stuff out, but I am REALLY hesitant to try it. I understand endurance athletes can benefit from this stuff tremendously, but what about someone who needs to be strong as well as be able to move explosively for short distances carrying a load? I am talking about someone in the military specifically in a fire fight, like a short sprint to a covered position carrying 30lbs or so of gear, lay down and shoot, jump up and sprint again, etc. Plenty of guys in the military use gear, I just personally don't know anyone who uses EPO. How well would EPO usage translate into aiding someone in a fire fight?

Have you looked into EQ? You get some of the benefits of a high HCT like with EPO, and the added strength of an AAS. For short sprints, and carring weight , I don't think you need to use EPO. There is too much behind the scenes monitoring of your vitals that would make it impractical IMHO. EPO is better suited for long distances as in running(marathon),cycling(tours), and in some cases swimming and fighting. Check out Equipose, and tell us what YOU think.

I typically stick to short esters and very short cycles 2 weeks on/2 weeks off that Bill Roberts has given a lot of insight on. I travel a lot and I really can't do a long cycle and fly with all my gear and risk getting busted. If I could find a short estered EQ (I have seen go by the name EQ2) I would love to give it a try, but it seems to be a rare products, not to mention I have heard that is it a very painful shot. I have had some good results with Prop/NPP/Winny though, that has seemed to work very well for me. I recently switched out the Winny for Anavar just to experiment.

Friend me and let me know how the Var works for you. I finally got mine(VAR) from a 6 month old order. Its sitting in the PO waiting to be picked up.

I personally do the short cycles too but I do mine around 4-6 wks. Another option that may help too if the eq isnt an option is you could run all the vitamins that are used for building rbc's. You can supplement with Vitamin E,D,C, folic acid, iron, and injectable B12. These are all the essential vitamins for building and prolonging the life of rbc's.

Rawdog59's picture

The problem with running certain supplements is that they only work if your body is deficient in that particular vitamin. Its like having a full glass of water and trying to stock up in that same glass. You'd be pissing your money away, literally. I would say to hustlecoke to keep that endurance up by running those sprints in your workouts.Watch your AAS cycles ,keep them short, because AAS tend to kill cardio.

I have run some good cycles on E. You seem to have all your bases covered on this trip. Remember to stay hydrated, before, during , and after training. Baby aspirin ED,to help keep the blood from getting too thick. Have your Ferritin levels checked at least every 2-3 weeks and stay on top of that HCT with your centrifuge. Careful on the loading of iron! Load only if you're deficient based on your blood work. Too much iron in the system is toxic. You can usually tell too much iron in your system by your Stool. It will cause constipation. Also watch your B12 levels. Adding Test to this cycle aids in quicker reco-- NOt for building muscle--Endurance athletes have different needs. Hope this helps

chael sonnen is a big trash talker.lol but how much do u plan on taking this time? what are ur results like and where do u get ur epo at?

ch4el5onnen's picture

He is a trash talker and its funny as hell to watch! Results are an increase in hematocrit and more avaiable oxygen output to the muscles giving a person better endurance and cardio, even more daily energy. It generally takes about 30,000 iu to load. Before loading E you have to load up on iron. You can't produce red blood cells (RBCs) at this kind of rate without jacking up your iron levels (ferritin) and you will also need to be taking other essential vitamins as well in your 2 wks prior to the E load. I can get more into detail if you like but for now I will give the basics. After loading you move to a maitnence dose cutting your dose in half. The results can last anywhere from 4-6 weeks to a few months depending on how much work you do and what your crit levels are. If you really want a source you can add me and we'll talk more.

I am looking... I'm slightly anemic and have never had a hematocrit above 39%. Where to?

Trailz's picture

Did you ever get your H higher than 39% ? I am new here, also slightly anemic and looking to try epo

Dickkhead's picture

Bro, are you trying to fix the anemia or do you just want to try epo? I know how to fix a severe iron deficiency anemia but it does not require EPO but rather intravenous iron infused over 6 - 8 weeks by a doc. That will reestablish your RBC.

Trailz's picture

Both, I've been to doc and we are trying to figure out what is causing the anemia. Getting ferritin checked this week. Thanks for the help, I sent you a friend request, is it cool to hit u up if I have Iron questions?

Dickkhead's picture

Sure thing.
