I'm with D on this ans I also throw in the diuerex every 4 hrs while awake for 2 days, cut all salt from your diet and drink nothing but water and drink it like its about to be rationed! You'll drain a shit ton of water in 48 hrs. After drained continue the low salt and high water intake during your cycle so you minimize bloat problems.

How is your libido since you stopped the adex? Is it worse? On your previous thread what you described was a sign of low e2. If that was the case though you wouldnt bloat so fast it would take around a week. Hit the adex at 1mg ed until you get both blood pressure and bloat under control. Both low e2 and high e2 have very similar sides when it comes to libido and since you were taking an AI thats why we suggested you drop it. From what you are saying now it sounds you were suffering from high e2 rathen than low, so up your adex as mentioned.
