+ 1 Cycle questions for thin people

ad

Has anyone else noticed that is of the slender build/skinny notice that at a certain level the gains the stop?

Yeah thats because they hit their peak on their daily calorie intake and decline to further increase the input which leads to a dead stop in weight gain.

Has we gain we must always (even on a daily basis sometimes) re-balance our calories and macros to ensure the body always has an abundance of nutrition to stay on a gaining run.

The term HARDGAINER is a fallacy.... even Advanced and higher guys have come to me and said "gains have stopped and i eat like a horse"..... i myself could be classed as a "hardgainer" due to the fact i need MASSIVE amounts of calories (carbs mainly) to keep weight gain on the up or even to maintain hard fought for weight... im talking in the 7000 daily region for me personally.... i see many cycle posts with a guy advertising he will be doing a bulker on 3200/3500 cals pr day..... thats fine for a couple of weeks but believe me that will have to be adjusted and increased dramatically for gains to be consistant throughout the whole cycle..... far too many people are afraid of big cals thinking it will produce tons of fat lol..lol when these fuckers finally get their heads around how to build the body eroids pic section would see some stunning results and all the BUNK GEAR comments would cease.

I'm in the same category. I was never thin, but never been above 15% bf in my life. To maintain my 260lb frame takes a shit load of food. To lay down more size takes more food than the majority of even big guys can physically eat. I eat like a pig and I'm known as "food dustbin" by my wife and daughter and even I struggle some days to eat what I need to if I want to bulk.

Yeah im sat here right now looking at the clock and thinking "oh shit!"... in 40mins i have to hit the table again and right now i have no yearning to eat..... for me pushing these last two meals down is harder than any forced reps lol

Gotta eat.

Yeah, I see skinny guys roid up and get virtually nowhere and when I query them about their diet - well, they are not eating. There are scores of ectomorph bodybuilders that have filled out nicely. They eat. So simple. If you're suffering from lack of apatite, FR and PM me and I may have some suggestions for ya.

Yea because I had poor eating habits. With my development of eating habits, I stay at 220lbs without trying because ive learned to eat. Last year I hit 245lbs and couldn't get higher. It was because I didn't want to smash as much food as I needed to keep gaining.

Its all based on your intake.
