Cycle for runners?
ad
Does anyone have cycle ideas for someone that is required to do a lot of cardio? I run about 15 miles per week on top of other cardio activities. When I've been on cycle the pumps hurt my run. Thanks for any help.

Anonclen will make you do the cardio like crazy.. of course u will get some circles under the eyes. even on a low does I tossed and turned at night. Cardio was amazing though- legs/ hips got tighter muscle wise.
I just posted this for someone else who was asking if winn could increase cardio...Not sure if this will help or not.
I have read that winny will increases rbc's (red blood cells). Any increase in rbc's will help boost your cardio but hiit training will help the most. Red blood cells are what carries O2 to your muscles from your lungs. The higher the level the faster your recovery time between rounds or the longer you can go for endurance. Their are basically 4 different ways to get the best out of your cardio and produce max RBC's. 1) high intensity interval training HIIT basically putting in the hard work. 2) High altitude training. 3) Sleep chamber. 4) EPO. If your looking to increase your cardio your best off staying away from extreme bulking agents. Like sgt said Test can be good depending on your main goals and Winn can also give you joint pain. I don't have any first hand experience with anavar yet but from what I have researched and been told it's a better more expensive version of winn but it comes down to a matter of personal opinion. Check out the other sports section and you can get a pretty good run down on what other peeps are taking. Most of us in that section are not looking to bulk. We are looking to perform better and heal faster. Good luck my friend.
Also I forgot to include Target heart rate and max heart rate. Get your HR up there and keep it there as long as you can stand...It sucks. Then try and recover as fast as you can and you can guarantee you will gain more RBC's if you haven't gone the EPO route. Either way your going to have to work for it. There is no magic pill! But there is good gear that will assist you. I'm also looking into cjc1295 and ghrp6 peptides that may assist with this as well. Still studying though. Any thoughts from anyone on RBC and cardio with the peps?
BTW what were you running your test at? Did you try running a lower dose?
AnonThe anavar is going to give way too much pump.. he'll be laying on the ground in agony in about 5-10 minutes after he starts running..
the problem here isn't rbc's per se but the effects of the pump.
Thats exactly right, I'm a military guy, so my cardio is a big deal. The pumps put me down, if I cant keep up I cant get on a cycle.
I do MMA, most of my workouts involve cardio. I havent ran var so I wouldnt know about the pump. I am starting a low test, winny cycle this week. But from what I have read and what has been suggested to me, equipoise OR masteron would be a good choice for cardio too. Do a little research on eq, alot of athletes and football players use it. The only problem is it can be detected for long periods of time if your tested.
Anonno kidding, I still remember what they used to do to the run drops.. ugh.. I would look into a low test winny cycle if you are looking to gain strength..
Dbol and 2,000ml of sustanon250 would be splendid for runners
I know that EPO seems to be the choice for endurance athletes.
The problems I have faced even with test is the pumps. With test they may be minor in the gym by comparison, but when your on mile 3 going up hill it kills and I can't keep up. Winy gave me bad pumps so I stuck to sprints. I don't think there are a lot of endurance guys in here.
I have always wondered about this!! All steroids increase red blood cells so therefore they should increase VO2max and endurance. However, most people report that steroids dont help in aerobic activities?
EPO is the obvious choice for endurance because it does just that, it increases the red blood cells. Logic follows that steroids also should increase VO2max and endurance by a similar mechanism??
Any info on this matter would be hugely appreciated.
Thanks
Depends who you ask but popular response seems to be:
1) Weight gain, whether it's water weight and or muscle gain adds to fatigue because your body is lugging all that new weight around.
2) The wear and tear of insane lifting sessions drain your body
3) The steroids are "working" 24/7 wearing you down
4) Thyroid gets "out of whack," causing stamina issues
The list goes on
Yeah im with ya.
Roids cause so many effects that go against aerobic endurance that they overpower the small gain from increased RBC with the end result being F@*Ked up cardio!!
My exp. has been that roids are not for endurance athletes, not in the conventional fashion anyhow......
AnonI have to completely agree with Hay here. what your taking doesn't jive with all the cardio and endurance exercise you are trying to do. At least not how we are using them in the conventional sense..
You have to ask yourself what your goals are... additionally does lugging around 10-15bs of muscle mass work with your endurance goals? Remember there are different types of muscle.. slow twitch and fast twitch.. your looking at different fibers and different functions.. I haven't looked a whole lot into it because I am out of the triathlons at this point in my life but if I was gear wouldn't be my first choice in trying to improve myself...not for the long term at least.
Boldenone?
I think this could def. help. Give her a try! I know Im going to. Equipose is known for stimulating erythropoiesis (an increase in red blood cells), and a high level of RBC's is what endurance athletes want.
How are the pumps though?
Just found this...
One major negative of Equipose, unlike its other analogues, is that it can stay in the body for a very long time. It has a prolonged half life because the drug does stay bound to tissues and is not broken down by the liver. Many reports indicate that the drug can be detected as long as 12-15 months after first use.
Just a heads up
Anonsame goes for Deca.. you can test positive for up to 18months
One of my friend plays soccer and he ran test 250 and eq 400 a week . He said he got a lot faster and better
