Cycle for mudder obstacles..............

ad

I'm not sure whether this is where I should post this or not, but here goes..........I compete in the extreme obstacles, (Tough Mudder, Warrior Dash, Spartan Race, etc..) It requires you to be in tip top shape, both stamina wise, and strength wise. I'm wanting to become stronger in both areas. What would you guys suggest for gear? I've researched, and the overwhelming majority say to use Test for a first cycle. I'm cool with that, but have some reservations about the water retention, and the replies I've seen stating that it hurts your ability to perform cardio. I'm open for any advice, or suggestions. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the info guys. Guess I'll go the test route, and give it a try. That is if I can get my old ass up off of the couch............LOL!

take an Ai with it and run a smaller dose then others normally do on first test cycle, so 350mg/w for 12 weeks with Adex at .25 ED/ EOD and you should be good.

I have been boxing for many years. My cardio is thru the roof. I have never once Felt that Test alone has hindered my cardio in the slightest. Now that being said. Not running proper AI and getting nasty sides will for sure put a halt to performance. Since it sounds like you have never ran AAS before then yes Test is the only wat to go for your first run, Beings it is the building block to any proper cycle. Maybe you are mistaking Tren for Test as far as cardio goes. If you have any issues with BP then this will also draw up other issues as well.
