Cycle advice - Blood labs in
Hey Guys, I am on week 5 of my cycle and just got my blood work done. I didn't have any blood work done pre-cycle, but the results mid-cycle are throwing up some red flags for me.
Cycle is as follows:
Test E -2x/week @ 250
Proviron - 50MG split into morning and evening dose
Adex - .5mg EOD
HCG - 3x/week @300iu
Results as follow (note: i've only included results which were out of range or concern)
Estradiol - 61.3 HIGH 7.6-42.6 pg/mL
Dihydrotestosterone -107 HIGH 10-50ng/dL
Sex Horm Binding Glob, Serum - 18.9 NORMAL 16.5-55.9 nmol/L - This is normal range but i think it could be contributing to the ED being on the low end as it is.
Neutrophils (Absolute) - 7.9 HIGH 1.4-7.0
Glucose, Serum - 63 LOW 65-99 mg/dL
BUN - 21 HIGH 6-20 mg/dL
AST (SGOT) - 54 HIGH 0-40 IU/L
HDL Cholesterol - 32 - LOW
I've been feeling like shit the past 1.5-2 weeks, having pretty bad bouts of depression here and there, ED like crazy after week 1, high BP, lethargy etc.. and have been racking my brain trying to figure out whats going on with me. Most of the issues i have been having are the sky high estrogen levels, so i have upped the dose from .5 EOD to .5 ED as of today.
Is there anything else i should do, or should i switch over to Letro/Aromasin for the remainder of my cycle to get my estro down? Being on Proviron/Test/and HCG I shouldnt be having the slightest ED issues but its pretty obvious with estro that high that is the cause.
The AST levels are also a big concern to me, for obvious concerns about my liver, as they are out of alignment pretty dramatically.
Would appreciate advice from some more experienced members on this. I am not new to this game, and have done a ton of research, I am just losing it on what to do get my levels in check, and whether i should just come off cycle completely due to how high the AST levels are.

Provi raised my liver enzymes a tad..not a lot..an OTC liver supp combo should help you get the liver enzyme level.down...
The provi may be underdosed like previously stated. Provi 50mg qd p.o.(split) with the dosage of adex administered and Test 500mg per week would have your estro lower, even with your history of aromatization you mentioned.
You will have to follow up with more bw to get a hand on it.
1) continue test as dosed
2) decrease provi to 25mg qd p.o. split
3) discontinue, or decrease hcg dosage
4) monitor for signs and symptoms of high estro like oily face, chapped lips, painful bumps on tongue, acne and sensitive nipples
Watch out for the increase in adex and dont.crash estro, either....
Are you sure you are 11ish body fat%?
This is strange . But as the rest asked you to do . Bring good AI and proviron , proviron take it in morning and the AI always in evening the best time for it . I can't ask what brand of test you have ? But I know there are some brands use high percentage of estradiol in there test . But the question you test level not high . Your e2 high . You feel shot and this normal when you have high estro or high prolactin . But are you growing good ? And i think you have to change your test for another lab too .

I'm shocked your e2 is high with 500 mg that's crazy I can use 750 to a gram without the need of an ai! But everyone Is different drock has it right get it tested or fond a new source
im thinking your adex and provi may b way under dosed or just bunk.....that's a lot of ai for 500 mg of test! I would expect your e2 to be crashing with those amounts....not elevated estro!......get it tested or get some pharma grade if possible.....

Drock - I've been thinking the same thing. I tend to aromatize more than others that's why I was going with the dose I was. The Adex is pharmagrade, I ordered some new Proviron from a different source and should be getting that today or tomorrow and will jump on that immediately at the same dose.
Have u run these doses before?.....b careful not to crash your estro or we will b having this conversation again!....good luck bro
Post up pics of your labs and black out any identifying info. I'd like to see the whole picture.
How long have you been using the HCG, the proviron, and the adex? Are you sure your sources are reputable and the products are good to go?

Okay. Definitely do that.
First, there should be no need to start an AI on day 1. Although it doesn't concern me since it seems your estro is elevated anyways. That makes me question the quality of the AI and the proviron. If the HCG is legit that's definitely going to bump up your estrogen. What is your test level at this point???
As for the elevated AST.. probably not that big of a deal. Elevation of LFTs is more common with 17-alkylated orals. To my knowledge legit proviron and aromatase inhibitors do not raise LFTs. If those orals however were mislabeled and one was actually something like dbol or anything else in the oral AAS category that could raise the LFTs. It's a mild elevation. Could be due to a lot of other things, like diet. Not enough info give great insight into this.
