Why is your test that high when your trying to cut? Also I wouldn't run EQ under 16 weeks. Hcg at 3,000iu per week?! I've never gone over 500iu....
I'm with you, drop test to 500, switch to test E or C, take EQ out to 16 and scrap the hcg unless your gonna do a blast prior to starting pct. Either run it the entire cycle at a lower dose or do 2 2500iu shots prior to starting pct. The sust and the EQ are gonna play hell with pct timing with the mixed esters. Unless u wanna drop both and do a prop taper which personally I am a huge fan of. What's cycle history like? I would keep it simple.
