Cut cycle advice
ad
Would like some feedback on what I may be doing for my summer cut cycle. Please let me know what you think and if I need to take away or add anything. Looking to get down to 6% BF this coming year.
12 or 16 weeks...haven't decided length yet
500mg Sust EW Mon,Wed,Fri
300mg NPP EW Mon,Wed,Fri
50mg proviron ED
Clen 2 weeks on/off adjusted to tolerance
Aromasin/ralox on hand
Was thinking of maybe adding anavar in for last 8 weeks at 50mg ED??
HCG used 2 for weeks after last pin total of 5000iu
Anything else besides clomid I can use? Clomid does not agree with me and makes me very tired.
Diet will be nailed down as well and I will be very strict.
Looking forward to your feedback.

BlackOPS317Maybe I'll never get down that low, who knows. And if I can get that low I may think about doing some sort of competition. I may get diem to 8% again next year, look in the mirror and tell myself I am good at that point. Any suggestions on my cycle I am proposing? I know some may recommend prop instead of Sust and either primo or masteron as well. A lot use Winny too, but I already have cholesterol issues which are under control with OTC meds.
For me, it sounds like you want get down to a sustainable low BF%. The setpoint is different for everyone. Ie. someone can easily maintain weight at a lower bf% then others can. Everyones body has a certain BF% where it feels most comfortable at, performance, well being, etc. So, let's just say you can maintain your BF% at around 8%, there should be no need to push it with drugs to that point. If you have a hard time getting to your desired BF% and you need drugs to get there, it'll probably be hard to stay there in the long run.
May I ask you why you're so obsessed about bf%? I follow some natural athletes like alberto nunez and eric helms and Alberto Nunez had a dexascan 1 week prior to a show, resulting in 6% bf and people call him a walking anatomy book because he's so shredded at 6%. Well, on the other hand Eric helms once posted a picture of him after a dexa scan which said he's at 15% and still he had veigns and striations.
What I'm trying to say is, that BF% is just a number which doesn't really tell you much about the status of appearance. Further, Dexa scans are supposed to be the most accurate measurements and still it has a leeway of up to -/+5%.
If it's really just about appearance for you, diet down, take your time because your obviously not in a rush for getting on stage. Taking your time will allow you to eat more and make the weightloss more sustainable. Further you can judge how you feel and if your performance suffers. If you get to that point, reevaluate where you're at, what you want and what you need to make more progress.
You don't need to make any of what I mentioned above, it's just what I think and I would suggest to everyone else in your situation!
BlackOPS317So yes, I am looking to get down to a sustainable BF% while looking ripped. I guess I shouldn't be concerned about % so much just how I feel I look in the mirror. Understand what you guys are saying and thanks for the info.
Yeah, you can still build a pretty attractive physique which is sustainable while still performing well. With that, you'll get everything you want, push it too far and somethings will always lack.
Wish you all the best man!
PS. Makwa himself did a good post which I have saved as Fav, why AAS on cuts are probably a waste, unless you're going to compete and I totally agree with him!

Are you currently satisfied with your amount of lbm? If not, I would focus more on bulking. No sense wasting time cutting when you eventually want to have more mass.
BlackOPS317I do want to add a little more mass, but I am also currently happy where I am at. I wanted to cut down for the summer and then back to bulking over the winter.
Just remember everytime you cut, you are also sacrificing muscle tissue. Obviously we try to minimize this but it is going to happen and that is why it can be really hard to build up some meaningful mass in the long run. You cut fat (and muscle) and now when you bulk you have to replace that lost muscle from the cut and hope to gain more above that then which may not be much.
Got to agree with P below. I'd also add that 6% BF isn't sustainable for any length of time.
Why exactly do you want to get down to 6% BF? Just for yourself?! Honestly, this is absolutely nuts.
My opinion is this. If your not competing you have absolutely no business of going down to such low BF %. Most people have no idea what 6% really are and what this does with you physically and mentally. Some people need several months post-show to feel normal again.
If you just want to be aesthetic, go for the mirror.
6% definitely isn't for the faint of heart! Takes me about 3-4 weeks to feel ok and about 3 months to actually get back to feeling normal.
Exactly! It always amuses me when I hear gym rats saying "Bro, I'm 6% year round"...they clearly have no idea what 6% really looks like then
3-4 weeks is ok I think, but I heard the more often you did a show, the better your recovery gets post show. Have you experienced the same?
I hope recovery gets better the more shows you do, I haven't done enough shows to gauge if this is true though.
BlackOPS317I am open to suggestions, but don't want to do tren. I have never been that low, lowest I was last year was around 8%. Just a goal I have for myself no contest.
I suppose you can pretty much cut on any compound, but the cycle you have listed there definitely wouldn't be my first choice. Are you dead set on running that combo/amounts? Have you ever been down to truely 6%. Are you prepping for a show or something?
