Concerned about Blood work 7 weeks into cycle
First post here on eroids - so totally appreciate any help or insight!!!
So I just got results for my blood work after being on cycle 7 weeks. Cholesterol has been affected and so have liver enzymes. I am 33 years old, 5’10 180lbs, not sure what my bf% is but i am fit.
I have been taking 400mg/week of test cyp (200mg injected wednesday evenings and 200mg injected sunday mornings), in addition to 625mg of Primobolan (again, half injected on wed evenings and the other half injected on sunday mornings). In addition to this, I take .25mg armidex the day after each injection, and 500iu hcg 2x/week. The only other drug im taking is finasteride at 1mg/day. I have also been taking “Cycle Support by Iron Labs”.
So here are some of my blood test numbers pre-cycle, all withing “Normal Range”:
Total Test: 491
Free Test (direct): 9.1
Cholesterol Total: 176
HDL: 76
LDL: 90
AST: 27
ALT: 15
Alkaline Phosphatase, S: 46
Estradiol: 28.5
These are the changes 7 weeks into cycle:
Total Test: 2536 (HIGH)
Free Test (direct): >50 (HIGH)
Cholesterol Total: 193
HDL: 30 (LOW)
LDL: 146 (HIGH)
AST: 103 (HIGH)
ALT: 142 (HIGH)
Alkaline Phosphatase, S: 35 (LOW)
Estradiol: 18.8 (NORMAL – but lower than it was before)
Obviously I am concerned about Liver Health, Bad cholesteral, etc.
I had assumed (wrongly, I guess!!!) that these injectibles wouldnt have much impact on liver. Is this normal, considering i'm not on any oral steroids??
Also, what is the ideal Total/Free test level i should be going for? (i'm not trying to bulk up, my goal is more for athletic performance and strength). is my Test way higher than it should be?
I feel good other than i have had trouble falling asleep and i tend to wake up too early and can't fall back asleep.
Any insight, suggestions, advice regarding these blood work numbers would be greatly appreciated.Thank you so much.

RustyhookerSearching is long and slow but very interesting.

There's lots of other factors here to consider. Your diet being a potential major one. Primo is unlikely to be the cause, if what you had was indeed primo..... I'd suspect it isn't, like a lot of what's on the market labelled as such. I'd be dropping it, then you can see if that's the cause.
Hi Primo, I had to cut my last cycle short due to high liver enzymes. Mine rose to as high as 191 ALT after 4 weeks of Test E and Primo. I came to the conclusion that it must have been the Primo. I've run 6 cycles and never had issues (even with orals) but my first Primo cycle completed f*cked my liver. I will say I have yet to find any compelling evidence that primo affects the liver when taken IM online. Several weeks later my ALT has finally dropped down to the 60's. I was told I had "bad" Primo and that it must have been something else, but I highly doubt that as I purchased pharma from a reputable supplier. Either way, keep on the liver labs untill your back in the clear, my advice is to cut the primo, it's the only thing that worked for me.
Good Luck
RustyhookerMany sources have been using winny mix as primo. Possibly that reason. Was a cool uk website that listed all tests.
Let me know if you find that list. I would still be quite shocked that my pharma primo turned out to be winny.
I did my due diligence with the SRC and have ordered pharma from him for 3-4 years with excellent results.
I also spoke with a few others that had high liver enzymes running primo, so either we are missing some important info on primo or it's carrier oils, or you are correct we are being bamboozled.
I'd like to send one of my bottles of primo in to be tested, just not sure where to go with it....
RustyhookerI'm seeing Lotta folks sending samples to simec overseas lately. Hail razor knows various labs.
I'll dig around...The company was in England and posted everything public. Every drug was posted. Not saying yours was faked but at the cost vs profit, it is the drug world. Years ago anything in amps was pharma. Now, not so much. Even a top 3 got duped a while back on pharma test amps.
Rusty what was the goverment website that did that testing? I remember seeing it where the majority of the Primo sent in was Winstrol.
RustyhookerBrainfart. I'm old....lol. will dig into it. The site last stated they'd no longer test gear so I dropped it from favorites.
Here's a newer spot. http://anaboliclab.com/
Thanks for the feedback and advice. I wonder if the Primo just causes issues with certain people. I'll keep up with the bloodwork until i'm in the clear
Finasteride is rough on the liver.
Agreed. This is what propecia's warning lab states:
The OP started the propecia after the 1st blood test. So there are 3 things that can be contributing to his elevation. 1. Training,2. Propecia,3. Primo or Winny?
He did use alcohol before the first test but not since he started the Propecia. So the 2nd bloods had no alcohol induced liver elevations.
RustyhookerMegat883. He's the blood guru. Never saw liver issues with primo. Magnifying glass up top. ..find and friend Megat883. He's got a blood group too. Dropdowns. ..groups.
Thanks Rustyhooker, I have contacted him
If it's indeed Primo is the ?
RustyhookerAgree!
by the way i was planning on running this cycle for 16 weeks
