Cholesterol hdl levels plummeted please help

ad

Currently 3rd week running tren e 600 mg per week and test cyp 200 mg per week. Trying to feed receptors
Went to doc for check up feeling fine did all blood work and my tryglicerides we're elevated to 330. Now worse yet is hdl or my good cholesterol was at 4.... Yes 4. I am not a cardio guy. I lift like a beast and have a lot of muscle mass but can't stand cardio. I'm currently 5-11 234 lbs approx 16% bf. does lack of cardio have big play in this. My diet is good and pretty much in check. I started taking niacin and started this week 1 hr per day cardio. Is it time to put away the vials for a while or is there method to bring my hdl back in check quick.

Make sure you are eating high fiber and low animal fats until you have the issue resolved. Chances are you will not get a fatty liver from this but that will help none-the-less.

I strongly encourage all lifters to eat very lean meats always, fish and chicken and leave the higher fat meats for very rare occasions.

Wow. 4. That is fucked up.

The (high dose?) niacin and the 1 hr per day cardio should do wonders - I hope you are getting plenty of Omega-3 too?

As far as pharmacological aids, you want GW501516. In early studies it has increased HDL dramatically and the anecdotal reports coming in from AAS users are also positive.

My cholestrol is within healthy range - when I last tested it - but I'm still ordering GW501516. Primarily for the improved endurance and fat burning but also for the improvement to HDL.

As for putting away the vials... I certainly would, at least until I got my shit together with respect to the cholestrol. There'll be plenty of time to bulk up with gear later in the year once exercise and (hopefully) GW501516 have had their chance to work.
