-4 Bone growth cycle. No supression if it's possible.

ad

My goal would be to grow bones and not fuck my whole endocrine system up since i am 19yo

Wdyt about this stack
-Hgh 7.5 IU
-Igf Lfr3 50-100mcg
-K2 100mg+
-High Carbs up for keeping insulin up
-2500+ kcal
-Keep anabolic/mtor pathway open constantly
-Arimidex 0.25mg E3D

Should be enough for the whole year for getting my wrists from 5.5inch to 6.5 or 7 inchs ? 5.5 is twinktier since im 6'1 ft tall so i gotta do smth about them

I also heard that DSIP+examestane+DHT is like basically blasting T without any surpression at all. Somebody can confirm this?

Wym “the most optimal person”, like legit idk what you’re talking about

You should be listening to the advice myself and others have given you, not coming out with crap like this. You are impressing no one at all.

Zalewski's picture

Cite your sources of GH being given to completely normal teens, go ahead I’ll wait. Don’t give me growth hormone deficient people, normal people like yourself.

You need to add overall size and bodyweight by eating heavy and lifting heavy in the basic barbell movements and your wrists will naturally get thicker as your forearm's become stronger. I remember when I was very skinny and I could literally connect the end of my middle finger and thumb around them - now they feel tight even in extra large tops. Get stronger in bench, curls, deads, overhead presses and it will come. Never rely on things like pussy boy wrist wraps for pressing either, I've never used them and they will make your wrists weaker. Try not to use straps too on deads, or at least not during the warm-up.

You know, I just did it too. Lmao I was just afraid to admit it. Barely on my left one though. I also can also palm a basketball my hands are kind of big. Now I don’t feel so bad. Those watches you have to slide over your hand are always kind of loose on me because they still have to be big enough to slide over my hand, but my wrists are skinny AF. I always used to injure them when I was a teenager lifting weights, I have to have good wrist form while lifting.

Mad dog have you covered little bro. When I was 16-20 I was extremely skinny, 0 muscle and if anyone was asked they probably would have agreed and said I had a thin bone structure. The only place with any substantial muscle was my right wrist..

Now I’m in my early 30’s everyone tells me I’m lucky because I’m ‘broad’ or ‘I’ve got the frame to carry muscle’.

What I’m saying is most of us have the ability to improve simply by dieting and working out, add some muscle and you’ll look broader, it’s a slow process and a tough one but you’ll feel good both mentally and physically. Its a tough with social media projecting body issues onto young 19 year old men but be resilient, bulk up and do some wrist curls or up you wanking game.

Zalewski's picture

This is the stupidest shit I’ve read on here in a while, congratulations. Do you understand that bone thickening is something that happens due to all the factors of bodybuilding/powerlifting/strongman. The lifting and the elevated hormones from gear increase your bone density, and from there you might see GH thicken your wrist after about 10 years of blasting gear and GH along side one another. Like you taking drugs like that will probably just fuck up your blood sugar. Also look at any fucking guy, you never see someone go from a men’s physique type build to a strong man, everyone has some genetic predisposition for their joint size, if you don’t have it you don’t have it.

Edit: Fuck I am so pissed I came back to add to this, you realize GH increases blood sugar, and your plan is to eat a ton of carbs to keep up insulin? Enjoy your diabetes fuuuuuuck

Zalewski's picture

Okay you have your theory, you are 19 and think that since you watch More Plates More Dates YouTube channel you’ll avoid any and all symptoms. So here are my questions then to your theory, what’s your fasted blood sugar? You might not even need high carbs if your blood sugar is already high without the GH, but your solution is to take Metformin (or Berberine but trust me that doesn’t do shit to GH) and that has been linked to cancer (indirectly) recently. You want proof, Metformin has been recalled for a large portion of the market because it has been linked to cancer due to a part of its formulation, google it. Taking a step back, the IGF countering GH, what do you mean by that? Because if your stating that it’ll induce hyperplasia you’re right but you won’t induce the same level of growth seen during puberty due to the lack of so called satellite cells, the ones that turn into the muscle cells as I assume you’re intending, those aren’t endless, puberty gets most of them to change to muscle cells. But just like puberty it takes longer than 12 weeks, since puberty is a process of years, unless you’re in acromegaly a patient, which is not good to be. Also during puberty your test levels as a male are usually around 1200-1600, which is like taking 250mg of test essentially, so once again to my point, you aren’t going to get the same result unless you did a whole stack. Take a blood test then do you cycle then report back to my with your blood test and wrist size.

The min age is 25, like the maddoggy said you will be banned. I doubt you are going to be able to make any noticeable gains on them wrists. Just make the most of what genetics gave you.

maddogg's picture

You are wanting to grow your wrists? Good luck, mine are smaller than any girlfriend I’ve ever had no matter how large I got. I grew better from age 19 to 20 just working out and using protein powder and creatine than at any point in my life. I gained 40 pounds natural. You looking to gain 100 or something while cooking your endocrine system? What I can confirm is you’ll be banned. I can’t fix stupid, but for your own good I wouldn’t touch shit till your 28 to 29.

maddogg's picture

It isn’t going to do much for you and your natural levels should be optimal now. For instance mine tested 4 times normal when I was 28. Probably just a spike, but no need for me to mess with a good thing. Get blood work done if yours is low and your pituitary gland is not functioning then perhaps you are a candidate for HGH therapy. It well be expensive. But since you are 6’1” I doubt you are deficient. And it’s long term use can lead to diabetes. I really wouldn’t recommend it to anyone under 35 unless they are trying to heal an injury or are going to step on stage. After a certain age I would recommend it to almost everyone.
