-1 Body Fat Loss First
ad
I am just going to edit this as a lesson learned topic. It left a trail of bad information on my bad part and when I do put it together, probably just want people to ever run across this and see me fit, that I was blasted for an abusive plan of AAS and in the end I decided to go back to the drawing board and follow the advice.
One thing for certain, in the end I always do put it together and I do a damned nice job of it. So, next 14-weeks are going to be diet, diet, and cardio, cardio, with gruelling sessions in the gym.
Stupid thoughts are much better than stupid actions. I do believe in just putting my real thoughts out there and taking whatever comes.

RustyhookerLoud applause sir! Please be safe.
shirlsguyA nice long back workout gave me time to think hard on what you guys said. Yes, AAS can look like a huge golden egg that I want to squeeze the goose until it lays the egg, even if it is not ready to give one up.
I see all your advice wisdom and I am taking it to heart. As GrowMore stated below and more of you, I am clearly already cycling, so I just need to keep it under control and remember that it is a complex series of actions.
I did the best plan of action I could think of. I sat down with my wife and son, got out the calipers, scales and a taper measure and gave myself a huge dose of wake up medicine. 26% bf on a single fold method, 25% using multi fold. Arms three inches off of fitness condition, chest down by 8 inches. Waste over by 10-inches, legs fit for a chicken.
We all took our measurements and set our goals in weight loss, I need to lose 2-pounds a week for 14-weeks before I can call myself fit. I will keep running the test/deca, but I am going to keep it at a cool medical level just to counter the wasting effect of running 7000 calories per week deficient.
I will be swimming 1-mile daily 5x week
Running, I am going to put in 3-miles daily 5x week.
I will get my bicycling back into shape too and with that combination, I will be able to consider a lot of healthy options. I have not done a triathalon since I was 19, but I took 2nd place in the age group and top 20 over all. I beat all the women, which was big to me at that age.
Diet, I am going to remove even more carbs (dark pasta/rice -v- white), and I am going to take my salads naked with just mackerel or blackened chicken breast .
The changes above should allow me to have 14% bf by first week of November and I think this is very realistic.
Using doctors' schedules for patients with wasting diseases as a 'treatment' level for nandralone, I believe will give me a save level of AAS and provide both reliefs that I am after: a) shoulder joint relief, b) size retention during a fat loss program.
The one decision I made even before starting is that I am going to do the fat loss the natural way. No Clen/T3 of other stuff this time around, just good diet and lots of cardio. I doubt that I will see huge mass buildup like I want, but that could be my January goal after a good Christmas rest up.
I will not for one second try to save face by lying about my thought process, I really did consider what I wrote. Perhaps it comes back from looking at my condition 42-months ago compared to today and what I let myself do AGAIN. I put it together from wasted away five years ago and after 18-months of busting my balls down to single digit bf, I drank to a whopping 44-inches across the belly button. The disappointment and resentment are fierce, but they are flooding to the back of my head.
I joined eroids looking for a way to get more and more test five year ago.... hell, it is six now that I count it. I got the same attitude back then that I just go here and I decided to stay. More than once, eroids chat has put me right on some really big topics and some of the leads have given me life deciding information. There are compounds I have chosen in my past that dose in 2-digit mcg where someone was saying to take 3-digit mg and it was nasty stuff to get wrong.
I do read, read, read, and then read again, so thank you guys. My head is straight and I will keep it safe.
So, I have 14-weeks at 2-pounds weekly weight loss. No cutting compounds, just hard work and fun swimming with my son.
So despite everything that has been said over the past 48hrs you are still going to continue to run the deca?!..Seems like you are just finding any excuse to keep running gear to me.
This is a load of BS waffle.
Basically you are just going ahead with it all, taxing your organs through weight loss, taxing your organs / joints though heavy exercise supported by AAS, and taxing your organs badly though inappropriate supraphysiological steroids use. Taxing and damaging your joints through ego-induced exercise while masking pre-existing joints problems with water retention. Taxing your digestive system by removal of fats instead of inclusion of healthy fats + swapping 1 sh!tty carb for another. Taxing your mind by perpetual self-criticism and cyclical negative thoughts whilst using the "golden egg" of steroids in place of positive lifestyle changes, Buffering this self-loathing with the beautiful feel-good factor derived from supra-AAS use (addiction approach right there).
Mate, you will be successful in shedding fat if you follow your plan. BUT you are yoyo'ing "AGAIN". You are hurting yourself "AGAIN" and despite what you think, you are not listening to good advice on here. You will be successful, but at a cost. Fella, I dont care if you use a bit of AAS for muscle retention, but this plan, this action; is all wrong. Worst of all are the psych drivers of how you feel about yourself and how little you are doing for a positive lifestyle change. Also, worst of all.... you are roping your family into this bullshido. If it goes wrong, how will they feel for helping this nonsense? At 50+ Darwin is no longer on your side but he may accept you as a laureate. P.S. I have read almost all of the nandrolone studies and published trials, in their entirity.... what you are saying in an attempt to justify what you are doing is nothing short of a lie to yourself. You are only fooling yourself.
But sure, whatever! On you go!
shirlsguyHey, I will listen, you put some good points out there. Like I said, the points are sinking in. I have done this natti before and I can do it again, I am not that far off. https://www.eroids.com/forum/general/off-topic/natural-lifting
I'm putting together some 'before' images now, and I will give some after images first week of October, on a basically au natural programme. I cannot stop the TRT doses as that is a natural occurence to me, I was low test ages ago, before I ever made my first pin In reality, given the undecanoate version of test I already loaded, that will be pretty high all the way to October so I can't call it natti, but as close as chemistry can allocate. The nandrolone won't disappear just 'cause I stop pinning either, so that is there too, but if everyone can live with what is already running, then I will put together a winter size gainer and show a physique worthy of that plan by October 7th. I will bring a bf lower than 14% and by that time, aiming for six months of alcohol free. What you said on the carbs is a great comment too, but I have to be careful there. My son is riding the diet with me on main meals and I can't really give him too radical of regime. That part has me confused a lot as I have to adopt a diet that is also fit for a growing boy.
You are right, however, nothing about me fitting on the weight pile floor or worse is going to build his confidence.
I am very secure about the level of AAS that I have going right now, and I will probably have to realistically maintain diet, exercise and other protocols as a cycle, as that is what it already is in reality, but I can certainly let my system taper to TRT. I won't be stupid enough to say it is 'not a problem' of course it is. What I will do, however, is point to that link above and get to that.
This topic is over for me, I am going to just blank this page without further comments, as it has clearly been the image of past misfortunes, staring out from an abyss and saying, 'my best thinking got me here.'
I have no problem putting this together the hard way, and in fact, it has given me a new challenge. I often tell members how I have years of experience with building, so now it is time to put money where that mouth is, and I will. Bet one thing, I know how to bring a physique and I have done it without supplements or even a damned grocery store. With every food known to man, 12-hour access to a gym, lap swimming pool, spinning rooms, cardio courses free of charge, this is a duck shoot.
I'll have those before pictures up this week and give the after in 14-weeks. Two pounds fatty tissue loss per week as a target is very realistic.
Now.... as for me being too old to push my body on the weight pile, swimming, running, etc., pooh, pooh. It was not THAT big of a bender, I still kept active in that aspect. I'm still quite fit with excellent, BP and HR, so I am far from the old folk's home. I get the 'taxing' statements above, but this old body can still run, jump and swim, and weights are pretty smooth on the old man too.
Thank you for the time you put into the comments. I'll be interested to read more of your posts, everyone on here, actually. As stated, I am going to let this page go, not out of rudeness, it is a 'yesterday' mentality and I am onto today. One day at a time works great in this plan, so I will just keep hitting the gym and eating right.
Like I always tell people, 'show me' so I will.
RustyhookerMight delete that source name too. Be safe!
shirlsguyedited, thanks. I reckon source is a source, even if it is not UGL, good eye.
You already started this “blast” judging from your reviews.
I’m going to give to a massive -2 for your irresponsible actions, hopefully anyone reading this will not follow on your footsteps.
shirlsguyYes, I know that much reality. I have done a lot of soul searching and will comment above.
OP, and only the OP: please explain how half lives apply to steroids.
shirlsguyThe time it takes for half the element to break down to a different element, using periodic table. For AAS is is normally days to weeks, nandralone has a affinity to last months up to a year and a half detectable in the blood streams.
Now, if you are asking me about the esters, then we are dealing with a chain of carbon atoms attached to the element that are broken (cleaved) of of the compound in successive rounds until the body is able to process the compound. pp, prop, ace, enan, deca, undeca.... and a tone more, but those are some of the best preixes.

Bro, with all sincerity I’m asking you to take care of you! Get healthy in body & mind before taking things any further. If you’re not careful, you will be trading one addiction for another & that’s not what this is SUPPOSED to be about. Don’t be that guy that others have become who try’s to fill the void of addiction. You’re stronger than that & you’ve proven it by getting clean in the first place. Get your diet dialed all the way in & hit the gym hard & prove to yourself that you CAN do it. No one has to tell you this isn’t magic & it still takes hardwork & dedication even with AAS, but give yourself sometime man. If you wait 6-12 months & do all the things you’ve been advised here without AAS, then you will have a new found appreciation for yourself & youbwill get it right when you do decide it’s time to take that plunge again. There’s a thin line there bro & especially with addictive personalities..... be careful not to cross it bro!!!
shirlsguyWill comment above, but advice taken, thank you.
Hopefully you are starting to see a pattern from the responses here. I think it has been made pretty clear you are not ready for a cycle yet, need to get your health in order, drop some bodyfat and then get back to the basics. I would stick with the trt for awhile and then when you are ready just run test e cycle if planning a cycle. You got way ahead of yourself here and aren't doing yourself any favors by attempting this cycle yet.
+2's to everyone.
shirlsguyThank you, message on board.
This is insane. First of all why you want to run that much gear is beyond me. Recipe for disaster. Focus on you diet and pin your TRT if you need it. You’re no where near healthy enough to run gear let alone this early levels. I don’t even think any guys in this whole forum run that much and I’m talking top shape guys too.
Don’t mean to be rough, but just save yourself the trouble. It’s also mad complicated for no reason. Get a good diet, lose weight as suggested below and when you’re ready run a simple cycle
If you have only just quit Alcoholism as you have said in your other post, then all of your hormone and vitamin levels will be very low or almost depleted. These take time just to get back to normal again, nomally about 3 months at least. So why not just concentrate on getting healthy again and replenish everything that the constant alcohol intake for years has depleted? And yes I am speaking from experience as I was once down that lonely deadend road myself.
shirlsguyThank you.
Yes.... good point
that is a good point.
Sorry bro but I think your "thought train" has derailed. This is a long winded explanation of what should be a simple cycle. You're making it way to complicated.
shirlsguyYeah, it got clouded up in a question -v- a considered plan of action where the plan was clearly voted as shit. I can easily just not pin more deca, but the test is already loaded to what I see as 750mg per week and not really able to pull the plug on that one. If I don't put the nebido in, levels should start falling, if I do, then I will be keeping that level stable. If I believe that label, that test will release over 16-weeks, but I find it lasts up to 12-weeks at most.
That is more what I was trying to focus on... the deca part I got the message loud and clear.
shirlsguyThanks for the replies, I know that they take time to put in. It is often easier to just say, 'good luck buddy' and then wait for the sad story to hit the news. I will certainly reduce the plan, but it is going to be a test/deca cycle, that is for certain, just to keep it safe.
If I chart up the full cycle based upon the advice, I would stop the Nebido giving me a basic level of 750mg test and 300mg deca in my system. What I am after here is a 'where to stop level' on loading up, because I do know that this is not a water faucet which can be turned off at the tap.
Diet is already dialled in, I am very good at that part. I don't put these things out here to mess with heads, I do it for the advice. I think too many people lie about their plans and thus they get no good feedback.
Here is the goal in a nutshell. My bf measurements by skin fold say I have to lose 2-lb of fat per week for 12-weeks to be at 12%. I don't want to be 85kg when this is done. Deca on diet will let me shed that weight in a 16-week program and maintain the majority of my size. I certainly never want to be that guy where everyone is saying, 'It's a damned shame....'
You need to lose 24 lbs of fat just to get to 12%. Way to high of bodyfat to be starting a cycle then. Those initial lbs of fat should strip off so easily there is no need to be running a cycle to do that. Overkill, you will not lose any muscle mass since you will not need any extreme diet measures to pull off the initial fat. Get down to a bodyfat where you could actually benefit from the steroids before starting a cut.
My other thought is why deca for a cut. Yeah you can cut on anything, but why deca? I don't know what kind of mess you have going on with that Nebido either, other than to say it is a mess. Strip the easy bodyfat off first and then just run a nice test e cycle to preserve mass while stripping the remaining stubborn fat off.
o dont understand how people can tolerate 1g of deca. i tried this once and im not doing this ever again i had every side effect what exist.
Holy shitballs. What sort of a plan is that!!! I had to read it twice and my head felt like it was going to explode. Do yourself a favour and graph your plan and then come back and tell us what you think.
Oh and why do you need so much frigging gear anyway? Are you some top level mass monster competitor that the potential serious blood presssue issues that will likely hit is worth it? I mean is it st all possible that you could make decent gains of less than 1g of gear per week?
SMH!
shirlsguyAdvice is unamimous, so keep running the deca below 500 and just leave the test where it is at? Sounds fine to me, getting a reality check here. Ty for the time to opinion.
No I think you need to redo your cycle completely. From the info you’ve provided I don’t even know if a cycle is appropriate right now for you and so I am suggesting right now you do not cycle at all. So if you want some real advice make a new post and lay it out properly - https://www.eroids.com/forum/steroids-qa/steroid-cycles/so-you-want-cycl...
I also think you’re lacking knowledge or experience. From above you state:
If you’re on trt why do you even need a PCT? I don’t think you have a clue what you’re doing and are going to hurt yourself. At our age you really can’t be tucking around with this stuff. Well any age for that matter but more care when we are older as our ability to recover is compromised by the inescapable fact that we are older.
^^^^^ this x2 ^^^^^
You understand so little about what you are doing here. Terrible ill informed plan on pretty much every level.
X2
Jeez - WTAF!!!!
You barely back in the gym and you’re wanting to run 2g of gear right off the bat? And top it off you’ve got a history of high BP.
Mate this is plan straight wreckless. My advise would be stay on your TRT doctor approved and focus on diet.
shirlsguyThis is why I ask opinions on the forum, it can be humbling. One thing about 'why' I use gear, however, is that i do have a good twenty years of natural lifting under my belt, long bender or not. I hit a plateau very fast in the gym where my shoulder gives out. For most, that level is likely enough for a lifetime of happiness with the result, but for me it is not.
Cutting back on levels of gear is no problem for me, that advice is well taken. Saying I know 'nothing' is a bit harsh, but lacking knowledge is good.
I will outline a charted cycle next couple days and post it for serious reviews, just wanted to put a feeler of the extreme out there.
How can you hit a plateau because of a shoulder injury, are you saying running deca at a gram fixes this? As I can assure you it will only be masking the pain if not making it worse. Long bender or 10 year worth of training you’re starting again.
I don’t mean to be harsh but you clearly abuse steroids judging by your previous posts and don’t take this the wrong way, coming from a father also you need to start focusing on your health rather than how much gear you might be able to get away with running for a length of time. Your family needs you fighting fit not a stroke victim in hospital, this is a wake up call.
shirlsguyYeah, it's sinking in..... on the way to the gym, but will look at all replies later. I put it out there for advice, I will not ignore it. Thank you.
