Was wondering when is best time to pin (injects) and dose(tabs):
Daytime, b4 or after breakfast, lunch ...?
After or before workout ?
Night, right B4 bed?

i like to wake up in the morning, take a nice shower, eat some breakfast and have my bro pin me while im sippin on some coffee reading the newspaper gettin ready to start my day
Straight after a wash first thing in the morning when all the body is relaxed.. makes for painless pinning and no squirters due to being pumped... i always get blood dribbles if i pin later in the day after a w/out.

4 AM anyday of the week , it just has to be that early with a shot of captain morgan( helps get in your blood faster) as for dose do it all at once, be a real man
I just take the needle off and squirt the gear up my ass so it gets in my system faster. It's a great pre-workout
Best place to shoot is behind the dumpsters, when nobody is looking, i recommend a 8mm to do this. Joke
