Beginner advice for grappling and lifting recovery

40 year old here who loves to train( lifting, BJJ, kickboxing). I’ve never done an actual cycle and really don’t know much other than the little bit of research I’ve done on my own. I just wanna be able to train and recover nicely while gaining strength and maybe trimming some body fat, but the aesthetics is secondary. I’m 5’11 205lbs and I’d guess maybe 18% body fat. Any help would be appreciated. ------

Bloodwork is in a healthy range give trt and try and a therapeutic dose of gh.
I’d source gh through eroids unless you got the kinds cash to just throw away at a trt clinic especially regarding GH you can get the same pins they would prescribe you much Cheaper through a reliable source on here just gotta do a little research.
