Anavar cycle during injury

ad

Hopefully someone can answer this question... I am a female and have been lifting hard for 5 years and have just been diagnosed with rotator cuff impingement with bursitis and tendonitis. Sadly, I cannot do any upper body workouts for quite some time, but this would be a good time to develop my lower body much more. Question- would it be worthwhile to do a cycle to really develop my lower body? I never seemed to have the same strength for lower body as I do with upper body, so maybe anavar will help with this (and I need something to keep me motivated because this injury is a downer). Or, do I wait until totally healed to build back up the upper body along with lower body. However, I feel I could build up the upper body without the anavar once able to. Thanks in advance!

Bit of advice. Since their are not a ton of ladies on here. Mention that first think when asking about substance use. It is a big factor.

I wouldn't worry bout taking anything honestly. You feel your lower body is lagging, needs work...so then by all means here is your time. I don't think taking any orals is really going to do your body any justice as far as working on what your "foundation" is.

just do a strength/hypertrophy hybrid workout plan for the lower back, hips, quads and hams---calves too!

get the upper healed and then take the var...as the var can help your shoulder and RC tendons and muscles heal up faster, get stronger faster, aid in lessening the "-itis's"
That's my thoughts Smile

Thanks for the tips!

I'm a female so not sure how much over development would occur on 5-10 mg of var. Smile

totally see your point.

I'd rather use a low dose dbols than var to keep the upper body muscles as much as possible.

I'm actually a female so I don't think dbol would be good for me. Smile

oh my bad. Sorry lady Smile

Ha.

That can absolutely be done with var! It’s a powerful little son of a bitch. Not that it’s advisable.

This is not advice, this is merely a question.

Do you think that she would benefit from hGH supplementation to help maintain muscle mass and potentiate the healing of her shoulder? Obviously if funds were available and she went through the process of researching.

I would definitely do HGH if I could afford it! Smile

Probably. Is it worth it? Probably not.

If your lower body strength is lagging compared to upper, then it’s basically a foregone conclusion that your lower body hasn’t reached its potential yet. Now would be a great time to train the lower body without any extra “help,” because you probably don’t need it.
