Advice and tweaking for first cycle (experienced people please help)
Hi peeps I'm planning on doing my first cycle start in about 2 weeks time and am trying to make sure I am as prepared as possible. I will fill you in on my details and could you please give me some feedback for advice if anything seems like it could be improved. I will try and put this down as methodically as possible so if you have feed back you can refer to each section, thank you.
1.1Current status:
Age:27
Weight: 76Kg, 168lbs
Height:181cm
Body fat percentage: around 10-12% (i think)
Current exercise activity: 5 times a week, heavy lifting (legs day, back and bi's day, chest, tri's and core day).
1.2 Desired outcome (at end of cycle):
Weight: 82-85kg, 183-187lbs
Body fat: around the 8% or lower
2.1 Cycle length
Planned for a 12 week cycle
2.2 Steroids taking and dosage
-Boldernone 400mg a week total, done in 2 injections (ive been told about 1ml), been told 4 vials will be enough for the whole cycle
-Testosterone Enanthate 500mg a week, in 2-3 injections (what would you suggest?), 4 vials and stop 9 weeks out (I have been advised to do this since the half life is 21 days)
-Will have estrogen inhibitor if i have any gyno
2.3 Supplements
Scitec Nutrition 100% Whey Protein (blended, low carb, 22grams protein per serve), Take 1 scoop with breakfast and lunch, considering after dinner.
Victory Hydro Complete (hydrolyzed whey protein isolate), 25gr protein per serve, take 1 scoop after work out.
2.4 Workout Routine
Sessions: 5-6 a week in the afternoon (after work)
Type: Heavy lifting, (isolated areas every day, 1. back and bi's, 2. legs, 3. chest, tri's and Abs) each session about 1-1.5hour
Concerns: should i have a few morning sessions with cardio a week?
2.5 Diet
As I am trying to put on lean mass and end up with an aesthetic result by the end this is an area that I'm struggling a little. I think I'm going to be trying to have carbs in the morning and more fats at the end of the day with large amount of protein steady through the day. I've been told to increase calorie intake by about 400 a day, does this still help towards the end when trying to lower fat percentage as I have been told the juice will burn more fat with healthy diet? I am concerned I don't want to raise my cholesterol too much. An example diet day would be like:
Morning
-Oats with milk, protein shake, banana
Midmorning
-Black coffee
Lunch
-grilled chicken, broccoli, boiled egg, brown rice,Protein shake
Afternoon before gym
-Black coffee, possible protein shake
Post gym
-Protein isolate
Dinner
-Low carb meal and high protein with a bit more fat and protein shake
3.PCT
-Reduce diet calorie excess but same type of foods
-Weight training 4 times a week
-Same protein intake but switch and have creatine as well and BCAA's (during workout day)
-Novadex, 40mg a day for 2 weeks, 20mg a day for following 2 weeks
- Questions
-Where is the best place to inject and time (pain, uptake for body, pre or post workout)?
-Anything i have missed majorly?
-Does the sterroid affect your thought patterns (personal experience)? I work with patient so need to have my wits about me.
-Are my goals realistic?
Side note: I cannot change the steroids just the dosages so please give advice in regards to the ones mentioned if possible.
Thanks peeps

You can reach 185 naturally. It is not easy, but drugs are not going to make it so much easier as you may be expecting. Tired as I am of most cycle topics turning into a "no base" dogpile, there is sound reasoning behind it.
Reducing body fat percentage while gaining weight is unlikely if you are already trained. I'm not saying to dirty bulk, but I would focus on one goal at a time.
Cardio - absolutely. I like 20-30 minutes 3-4x per week, even when bulking. Some people will say to cut it out completely, but I believe keeping your whole system healthier lets you put the food to better use.
The diet you describe looks like at most 2800 calories to me. If you are trying to gain muscle, you should probably be at 3200, at least. When I weighed 168, I needed 3700 to gain 1lb/week. Essential fatty acids are important. You can also get that from food like salmon, flax seeds, and sesame oil. Though they're at all times optional, I supplement creatine and BCAA all the time, not just off cycle.
"Heavy lifting" is a relative term. Focusing on the 8-12 rep range seems to work best for me, and I would call that moderate. You are proposing to keep the same split and similar volume now, during cycle, and after cycle. Vary volume, exercise selection, and intensity. Progress tends to slow to a stop if every week is the same. The point at which just increasing the weight stops working comes before the limit of your natural gains.
Though it may not make me popular, I will answer some of your drug questions. (Much of this you can find by searching.)
If you start more than one drug at the same time and then get side effects, you won't know which one to blame.
There is no need to split test E to 3x / week. 2x is most common. 10-day half life.
Number of vials is irrelevant.
It is best to rotate injection sites (e.g. ventroglute, glute, quad, deltoid) (for not building up scar tissue) and to move the injected muscle after (to reduce pain). Timing does not matter for uptake of long esters, which is slow by design.
Testosterone affects my thought patterns, and estrogen does so even more. Coming off - even more so. You don't become incoherent, but there are definitely some differences. Lethargic is a common complaint. I have also experienced irritability and depression. Again, you can search.
The unrealistic part of your goal is trying to lose fat and gain lean mass at the same time. With the right diet, 15 pounds of weight gain is possible - 20 if you are lucky, but some of it is going to be fat. With the wrong diet, you will gain 10 pounds of water and then lose 10 pounds of water.
The fact that I have answered is not to be taken as advice to go ahead.
RustyhookerAnother one....
See catalyst below.
bigmurphYou have catalyst below offering you help with diet the best advice I can give you is to take him up on that offer. He is very knowledgeable and can get you to your goals without touching any compounds then when you're around the 190-200lb mark you can get into a cycle.
Send catalyst a fr request you won't regret it
A couple things are very wrong here.
You are very light which suggests you need to figure out diet and training.
You are proposing running almost 1gram of gear per week with multiple compounds for your first cycle.
Dont run the cycle. Focus on gaining size theough diet and training and in the meantime research what a first cycle should look like.
If you can't get past 168# @ 5'9 without steroids then I promise you will be very disappointed when the 10# of water disappears after the cycle and you're the same weight minus a few hundred dollars. I'm 5'2 and have weighed the same as you @ 14% BF training natural. Not trying to be mean but I think you can do yourself a favor and leave the gear in your socks drawer for 6 months and learn about nutrition. I've learned more about how to use to food dictate gains/fat loss in 6 months on this site than all other sources combined in my 13+ years of this hobby. Use iifym or some other site to figure out your calorie needs and search the nutrition section. In the meantime get your pct supplies in hand for the future when your prepped to run a cycle and study on why bloods are necessary to determine appropriate AI dosage and how utilizing the on hand approach is risky. Winter is coming so no need to rush for that beach body, besides you'll only be 4# heavier mid to end September and you'll lose your definition.
Fella with these stats, you shouldn't be considering steroid use. Build a better base first or you'll struggle to hold onto it. This forum won't advise a guy of your size on how to use steroids until you've put down some decent foundations. If you want diet or training advice, ask away.
