AAS and manual labor
Hey everyone,
New to the board here. Putting together my second cycle and was hoping for some input.
First cycle was the cookie cutter Test E 500mg/wk for 10 weeks. Started at 185 up to 210 when i started PCT. Now, 3 months after PCT I weigh 200 at roughly the same BF(13-14%) as when I started.
Here's my question:
I work as a foreman for a landscaping company and am looking for a compound to stack with Test E that will help me endure long days of manual labor. As of now I'm considering either EQ, due to blood volumizing, or deca for joint lubrication. My cycle will probably be around 12 weeks so Im unsure if EQ would be worthwhile at that duration. With deca my concern is its harsh shutdown and strong androgenic properties being a 19nor.
I am open to all suggestions and look forward to being a contributing member of this community.
BTW, I only landscape during the summer. I just finished up my undergrad in Biochem and going on to grad school. If there are any technical publications you would like help understanding feel free to reach out to me.

I'm a manual labor guy and I have a very HOT and demanding job. Working around iron that sometimes weighs thousands of pounds and the average temp is usually 400-600 degrees. All while wearing long sleeves and pants with leather on top sometimes have been for the last 12 years. I can tell you this, there is no compound out ther ( for me personally ) that can help endure long days . Ultimately that is where your own conditioning and work ethic plays a factor. Don't rely on something to get you through it.
lol i totally get the mentally of enduring the suck. Sound like you work in a foundry which is some crazy hot and dirty work. I read a lot of post about cycles that make people lethargic etc. which probably is a more accurate way of asking my question, "which steroids should I avoid since my well being at the moment relies on my physical ability day in and day out?" I think i have found my answer elsewhere. But once again thanks for your input.
I appreciate the input and understand the age thing completely. Ill probably venture to other boards and see what others say. Im sure the answer is already waiting for me on one of these forums if I dig for a few hours.
AnonCan't really give cycle advice to guys under 25 man. I know you are right there on the verge (24) and have already completed a cycle but I gotta stick with the rules on this. Someone else might be more comfortable helping you but I am not.
But, for your research purposes, 12 weeks of EQ would not be worth it, and Deca has an anabolic:androgenic ratio of like 125:37. So its far more anabolic than androgenic. Other than that general information I can't give you much advice, good luck bro.
