Thank you to everyone who gave advice on the issue I’m having. It’s nice to see I’m not the only person who’s hit the same issues. I didn’t expect so many people willing to reach out with suggestions. Looking back through my workout logs my workouts changed. No super sets, no drop sets, no resistance training. All 100% my fault. I believe it falls under the category of being complacent or lazy.

I’m looking forward to BIG changes in the next 90 days with continued growth.

Thanks,
Oklahoma

LOL
I thought i was the only 1 getting attitude from this gentleman over on +40s forum
Glad to see Im not the only one!

Yep supersets are DEFINITELY the answer to declining size, declining strength, low estrogen, and an admitted +in bodyfat on cycles.... all despite big testo levels, expert customised IFBB diet, super wonderful bloods and so on

Talk about missing the point

Right on!
Help us help you..... or not!

I had fill labs in October and everything checked out. I looked back through my workout logs for the last three years and things changed. My training changed. Several people gave some great advice. My training for the past year hasn’t challenged my muscle groups to make them change. I’m back to super sets and drops sets like live done in the past. I’m sore as hell, something I haven’t experienced in a long time. Hope you and your loved ones have a great Thanksgiving.

Rustyhooker,

You’d be wrong. I run a 90 day cycle with 6 to 9 months off. The only thing I continue is Test cyp. A lot of people with some great advice. Encouraged me to look back at workout logos from 1 to 2 years ago. That’s where I noticed my training has gotten complacent. 100% my fault. It was nice that so many members pointed this out rather than post bullshit comments.

No matter who you talk to or are around there’s always those one or two dickheads that know everything.

Did you notice I’m new to this website? I responded to individuals who pointed out things that I could change or might be doing something wrong. I did take a little time out of my work day to reply to those who made dickhead remarks but not all of them.

Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving with their loved ones.

Thank you,
Oklahoma

Oh yes the law of diminishing returns. This kind of happened to me when I was cruising and blasting.I've done a fertility based pct for nine months. Now .5cc of cyp make me feel like my muscles are going to rip through my skin.Of course I also gained a lot of fat while "off".He probably needs to take a break for a bit.

Manshit, I appreciate the information. It may not seem like it but I do appreciate it when people take the time to respond with actual advice or reasons as to what could be wrong or not working. I know it takes time when you could be doing other things. With all the positive information and suggestions I’ve received I expect big changes over the next few months.

Thank you.

No worries brother.I only want the best for all on this site.I may not have the answers for you but the break has helped me though I'm gonna need some extra cardio.
