2nd cycle, considering two options and could use some advice.

ad

I typed out a lot, and then lost it. Oops. I'm Chilly Rick. I'm considering two cycle options, and would appreciate any and all advice regarding them. Info about me is below.

14 week cycle + 4 week PCT
weeks 1-12 test e 500mg/week
weeks 10-14 50mg winny ed
weeks 1-14 arimidex .5 eod
PCT:
weeks 1-2 nolva 40mg ed clomid 50mg ed
weeks 3-4 nolva 20mg ed clomid 25mg ed

OR

8 week cycle + 4 week PCT
weeks 1-6 test e 500mg/week
weeks 1-2 test prop 70 eod
weeks 6-8 test prop 70 eod
weeks 5-8 50mg winny ed
weeks 1-8 Arimidex .25 - .5 eod
PCT:
weeks 9-10 nolva 40mg ed clomid 50mg ed
weeks 11-12 nolva 20mg ed clomid 25mg ed

In my estimation, the 14 week cycle will likely lend to more muscle gains, but will also be harder on the body (14 weeks versus 8 weeks). Advice much appreciated.

About me:

26 years old, 6 feet tall, 200 lbs even. Never had bodyfat percentage measured, but I can say that I do NOT have a lean build. I have been wide shouldered, wide hipped, and muscular since 15.

My previous cycle was 8 weeks of designer oral steroids (or prosteroids/hormones? Terminology seems inconsistent).
Methylstenbolone 10mg
M1A 10mg
Dymethazine 10mg

These came as a stack, a birthday gift from a friend. 30mg per pill (10 of each compound), 2 pills taken daily. I had great success eating at a slight caloric deficit on cycle. My lifts shot through the roof, and I saw a lot of size gain. My weight stayed exactly the same, but I saw great fat loss and lean muscle mass gain. My PCT was the same as above. Post cycle I lost 10 lbs, but kept most of my strength. I looked better and felt better. The only side effect on cycle was acne.

Diet: 3100 maintenance, and I intend to follow a similar plan as my previous cycle (*unless y'all recommend otherwise), so I would eat at a 500 calorie deficit. I have my macros down pretty well: 40% protein, 30% carbs, 30% fats. I supplement my protein intake with 1 protein shake daily. I also consume a multivitamin and fish oil. No other supplements.

I follow a 3 day split. abcxabcx, etc. I lift low volume for strength in the main compounds (deads, ohp, squats, etc), and high volume for hypertrophy for accessory lifts. I walk between 5 and 10 miles a day with my dog. These will switch to 3 mile runs once my dog recovers from surgery.

If there is any information I left out, please let me know. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Love,

Chilly Rick.

What are your goals?

As this is a first cycle it should be test only. You want bf below 15% before you start. Anyone can do that with just basic diet and exercise. AAS aren't used for getting into shape.

Definitely need a pic so we can at least estimate BF% and get some sound advice out to OP.

You're pretty young dude. I'm hesitant to give advice because I doubt that you are at your natural peak yet. Please keep in mind that your diet is 80% of your cycle. There are some people on here that will dial you in and get you to where you need to be. I won't drop names but one is a midget, one is from the UK and one has green hair. Dig around and you will come across them.

If you are where you need to be I would recommend a 10 week test only cycle followed by full pct.
Your "first time" was orals only so this will be your first time pinning. Take it slow and do it right. Get blood work done before and after. Add more compounds to your future cycles. I know that you want to dive right in and get swole but you are playing with your health and well being here.

I wish you the very best man.

Thanks for your advice. I hadn't even considered the needle aspect of things. I don't have a needle fear, so it doesn't seem anything but a bit more complicated to me. My diet is on lockdown now that I'm settled down in my life.

Thanks for the advice! If the consensus is that I should nix the winny, since I haven't pinned test before, I will definitely do so. My only concern is that (from my understanding) the designer oral I cycled is quite powerful, and I was told by a fried that a test-only cycle might disappoint in comparison.

Thanks! Appreciate it!

P.S. I am almost certainly not at my natty potential. The gains (physical and especially mental) from my previous cycle were so immense. Quality of life was just much higher on cycle. Hence my desire to repeat (but with more traditional compounds).

I dont think real Testosterone for a first timer has ever dissapointed anybody.........ever.

If for no other reason you should only run one compound because you need to see how you react. Everything has sides and everyone responds differently. If you have a bad reaction to something you need to be able to pinpoint what is causing it. If you are running multiple things you will have no idea what to do or what to drop.

Good advice.

As you don't know your BF, any way you can post up a pic so we can see what we're dealing with?

I'm very shy. Judging from the various charts and pictures, I would likely be between 16 and 19 percent body fat. It is worth noting that my goal is not extremely low body fat. I prefer being larger than leaner. Between 12 and 15% is probably ideal for me.

Whatever Catalyst tells you, you should listen. He's the guy you should be talking to. (I think he's from the UK)

"Whatever Catalyst tells you, you should listen"

I told the wife that last night. She told me to shut up and get on with the chores ;)

Good to see you getting more involved here in the cycles section. You've got some good knowledge to share with these guys.

Bro no one is here to make fun of you. Here if someone posts a pic up and they aren't ready to cycle we tell them the truth or if they say hey im 10 percent when indeed they are high teens it helps having a second set of eyes. If that's your goals than that's your goals, not everyone has to have the same goals. The bigger concern is do you have a good natural base. That and running gear with high bodyfat ups the risk for side effects, some not noticeable due to the high bodyfat percentage.
