1.st cycle (T-CYP and Primo)

Hello experts!

I have physically demanding work all day, I need more physical strength and ligament regeneration. Of course, I also train regularly in the mornings. What do you think about my first simple cycle 250 CYP / week and 400 Primo / week?
I want to add lean mass.
I will be grateful for any opinion, advice, or criticism.
Picture is from recent cut (lost 10kg in 10 weeks).

You have any easy 20lbs you could put on without any AAS first. I would put those pounds on first since you don't have to jeapordize your HPTA to do that. Then run a cycle aftwerwards if you still want to. Never run two compounds for first cycle, especially a compound like primo that can have big impact on your estro.

Sounds like you burn through alot of cals and are a hardgainer. A solid training program with plenty of food will make a difference. Track those cals/macros. and the muscle will be built pretty quickly, especially starting out with how lean you are. You are primed to build muscle if you just eat and train right.
