Stopped Muscle Growth

ad

Age: 31
Height: 6'3
Weight: 250
Body fat: guessing 12%

I've researched already and I believe I know the issue would be high estrogen due to my symptoms (bloat, sensitive nipples, no libido, fatigue, high no). It seems like since I've turned 30 it's been difficult pinpointing my estrogen level. I use adex when needed but not consistently. Never really had to. I'm getting bloods next week to find out for sure what the issue is. My question is to you guys is: has high estrogen ever caused you to immediately loose all your gains within a week? This just seems like a repeated process for me lately and I've never had these issues.

I'm currently taking 600mg of Test E and mast prop whenever I feel my estrogen going up. Thanks for your input.

Definitely get bloods, do not guess. Me personally, I thought I had high estrogen and I did but I will come back to that. My cycle included 100 mgProp 100mg npp m/w/f and var Ed. Used Caber and AI from beginning. Then, by the 5th week everything stopped, gains seemed like similar to what you described only not as drastic. Then SUPER bloated tried upping AI and letro no response. A little gyno flare, I freaked the FUCK out nothing was working meanwhile I thought gyno could ONLY appear with just high estrogen. To shorten the story, I got bloods and found out I had fake caber, I used to purchase all pct and AI from local source not eroids. Bought some caber from a source on eroids and in two weeks prolactin and estrogen were under control. I still stopped cycle to review cycle and get bloods again. I have a friend who is a doc and when crap like that happens he is the first to know and get to the source of the problem. I sorry for long writing. Hope this encourages you to get bloods. That was the goal. I hope it works out for you.

Yea I'm still getting bloods regardless. It's just a pain because my dr is slow and always have to wait to get in. So what I'm doing is keeping everything the same until I get the bloods but I'm going to switch brands. Someone mentioned one bottle could be fake and I'm going to switch it up. My AI is legit from the dr so hopefully things will start working its self out and then my bloods will show what's going on.

Loosing my fullness and looking flat. Muscle has decreased in size dramatically. Lost about 8 pound since last Friday. Feeling bloated and nipples sensitive. I'm thinking maybe a combination of high estrogen and stress maybe.

You're bloated AND you lost 8 pounds since friday?! :-/ Sorry, but there's something off about this statement. Especially when you think about that high estro leads to water retention and further you're taking Test E, which is also known for a high water retention.

How long have you been on this cycle? Are you sure you're not talking about the "water gains" you got when hopping onto Test E? Are you using an AI?
As others mentioned already, get bloods done.

Further I need to mention, that daily weight fluctuation are not uncommon. Especially when you're 250lbs, fluctuating by 8lbs is possible. Are you always weighing yourself under the same conditions?

I have been on cycle for a while. Can't get off due to TRT. Screwed my body up at a young age. I've fixed the issue. It was a combination of stress and a bunk bottle and that's why I lost so much at once. Everything feeling good again as far as energy and libido. In filling fuller and veins are starting to pop out again. I don't usually weigh myself but maybe once a month, unless I know something is wrong so I can monitor it.

Pointless guessing on this one mate. You're doing the right thing. Get your bloods done - full female hormone panel and full thyroid panel. I'd do full blood count too, liver, renal and electrolytes while you're at it. Come back and post the results - the answer will hopefully be in the numbers. And abnormalities best discussed with your PCP. Good luck and keep us posted.

Yea I think it's pointless guessing but it's just a peace of mind knows by what it could be. I'll update when I get results.

Yes I'm currently on cycle and still loosing gains. Last Friday I was nice and full. Now it looks like I'm loosing everything. Still eating every two hours and working out.

I couldn't take off work and get bloods. I delt with the stress I was going through and just put it behind me. I changed to a different bottle but still the same lab. I added test-p to see if it would kick start things again and it did. Also changed different bottles to test-e. I'm feeling 90% better. You were right, just a bad bottle.

I use one bottle from a trusted source that I've used for years and the other bottle is prescribed. I use both. Both are g2g. I've been under a lot of stress lately but that still doesn't explain the high estrogen if that what it is. It just really surprised me how fast I have crashed within 5 days or so.

Isnt it amazing how stress can fuck your body up? Its a combination of things and when you add stress to the mix its all downhill. Stress causes immediate release of extra cortisol and lactic acid in your body which will break you down real fast and turn into fat or muscle waste. My friend cannot gain weight or muscle because he has a stressful job and all he does is complain or he is too tired to train. Try not having stress and as easy as it sounds you are the master of your own destiny and you have full control over your brain unless you have chemical imbalances. Get rid of stress and get back to gaining, or stop cycle and training until you can control your mind again.

I think it was a combination of stress and a bad bottle. Your right, I do control my stress. I put that behind me and accepted it. This week in the gym has been back to normal as far as energy. Thanks for the advice.

Good deal man, get back to killin it.
