So, proviron is a weird drug. Heres two senarios, Both me and my friend were using the same brand proviron, so same quality, very good quality at that. I was on around a gram of test and used 50mgs proviron ed, this kept my estrogen levels at 55 when i pulled bloods, right where i like it when im trying to add size. My test levels were 6500ng/dl so very high. Then i have a friend, he was running 500mgs of test and i had him follow my same protocol, 50mgs proviron ed, his estrogen was 133. His test levels were roughly 2500ish. So he was on half the amount of test as me but his estrogen was almost 3 times higher then mine. Bottom line we all respond differently and the only way you can determine if you can get by with just proviron, or if you need to add an actual aromatize inhibitor is by getting bloodwork done. Theres noway anybody on here can tell you if you will or will not need to add an ai cause what works for me might not work for you, as described when i was advising my friend.
