I wont abuse it. Good looking out. I understand I can grow alot but I wanna Grow fast. I use to be 190lbs with 10% BF. Im Just trying to get back into it. Ive done research but i just wanna know what the deal is from actual people who have taken it.
If that is right that you are 20 years let me tell you that when I was like you I grew a lot with no gear. You have the potential and just need to know how to use it.
