i need help with talkin my PCT im currenlty on sust 350 one ml a week im on my 5th week going to do 10, for my pct i have HCG just need to know how much icu's i should take any help would be grat..

The reason you take hcg during cycle is to stimulate the testicals and prevent atrophy or reduction in the amount of sperm producing cells. You stop a day before your aas completely leaves you system. Stopping reduces the amount of test or aas in your system to the level needed for your brain to start producing LH. Then something to prevent estrogen from binding to receptors in brain is also needed because estrogen causes the brain to produce less and can greatly slow your progress and may even prevent you from optimal recovery.
The HCG can be used up until you start pct, dont use HCG in your pct. The standard dosing protocol for pct is, Clomid at 100mg/day for 2 weeks, and then at 50mg/day for another 2 weeks, along with Nolvadex at 40mg/day for 2 weeks, and then at 20mg/day for another 2 weeks. I like to include ZMA and Tribulus in my pct, I find it helps me recover quicker. Good luck bro, do more research and a ton of reading before you start another cycle.
