PCT acne
Ran TEST E at 600mg a week for 15 weeks (1ml of 300 every few days), no Dianabol to start, no hgc through cycle and didn't need any ai as literally had no sides, the only thing I got through cycle was a bit more hair growth on my back. Sex drive has been high since the start and stayed the same through what I've done of pct.
I started pct 2 weeks after last injection, ran 40mg tamoxifen and 100mg Clomid, was going to do that for a week and drop it but the first day I started pct I felt the spots coming on shoulders so ran that for 4 days and dropped it to 20mg tamoxifen and 50 mg Clomid.
The acne doesn't seem to be getting any worse now, but it's not clearing up yet either. I didn't have a single spot on my back before this outburst so I'm hoping I can get back to that. I now it's caused by the fluctuations in hormones and a lot of people say it's hit and miss wether you get em or not, any advice on what I did wrong if I did and clearing them up?

Just thought I'd update this in case anyone had same issue and was searching.
I ran planned pct and all signs of acne disappeared, kept exfoliating them and kept them clean, 4 weeks later they are almost completely gone, another week and it'll be back to perfect shoulders.
So I'm still sticking with ai not being NEEDED on cycle, I'm not denying it can be beneficial with exact dosing and regular infra-cycle bloods but I don't believe it's detrimental to a cycle to not stack it. For me it'll just be on hand to fight gyno, just my opinion anyway
BrutalAnti acne products is Roaccutane - Roche . top product and not so much money
You're shitting me!?! Recommending the strongest and harshest acne available to someone who's just having acne from his pct!?! Accutane should only be taken under the care of a doctor and with regular blood tests and only with prolonged, severe acne. Come on.
Have you tried yourself?
Can I get this from a pharmacy it is it prescription?
Acne is common side effect of fluctuating hormone levels. Similar to teenage years and puberty. Stay the course of PCT, and once your body recovers and returns to homeostasis the acne will subside.
Next time consider AI regardless of sides you may or may not feel. Elevated estro in males can cause a variety of issues, so keeping it in check is beneficial.
Yeah I thought so, was expecting some but just looking to see if I can avoid it or at least minimise for next time. Think I'll try ai throughout the next cycle and see how it goes.
He hit this dead on. Your hormones are changing. Like a kid going through puberty, youre likely to get acne.
Just part of the process bro. Just went through it myself and it blew but my pct protocol was on point and it still didn't help any. I still got them. Just one of those things you gotta ride out. It'll get worse before it gets better but it gets better for sure.
Yeah I'm about halfway through pct now and it's starting to fade, think I made a mistake dropping the pct early but lessons learned and all that.
Do you run adex for on cycle ai?
For me, the acne was due to quick hormone changes. I have learned that tapering on and off any gear help me. I also don't really feel side effects when I run test but I do blood work every 3 months and it shows a different story my estradiol hits the 100 mark when I did not run anastrozole. I take .5 anastrozole every 3 days and that works really well. Your test would also work better if your estradiol is in check.
Yeah I thought about running ai for the benefits to the cycle but wanted to keep the substances to a minimum. Also worried about dropping estrogen levels too low and doing the opposite.
I front loaded my cycle with 2ml injections to start with, does tapering on work for you with short esters? I feel like it'd take too long to build up in a normal test e cycle length
I take test c. I would say it takes 2-3 months to build up and Lvl off to where I get no new acne.
First cycle I presume...
You didn't take an AI because you FEEL like you had no sides, bloods are the truth... You're estro is probably jacked and you using pct is going to break you out and most likely bad. You should've used an ai or got blood work at least to justify not using one....
Now your pct is going to blow and whatever gains you got you're going to have a very hard time keeping.
Also layout you full pct plan and I may have a few tips to help out at least, but you gotta show you at least got your pct right.
Yeah it's first test e cycle, I wanted to keep the amount of substances being stacked to a minimum because it was a bit of a test, wanted to see how i reacted to everything if you know what I mean.
I'm just over halfway into pct and the acne has started to fade now, it came instantly at start of pct then just stayed at that level for the first week then it began to fade once I dropped the pct down (wether that was coincidence or not I can't say 100% because no bloods).
My gains are fine so far, diet and gym are me are on point so that probably helps. Strength has stayed at the level I got it up to just not increasing like while on cycle.
My pct is:
Tamoxifen: 40/20/20/20 (pharma grade)
Clomid: 100/50/50/50 (ugl)
Started 2weeks to the day after last injection and take both ED roughly same time.
I have read up on AI's a good bit just chose to keep them out(my mistake), im thinking about using an ai throughout the next cycle, just worried about dropping e levels too low? Any advice appreciated
