Nolvadex pct .......start when?

Just finished 8 weeks 400 mg Eq every monday and thursday. Did also run dbol 30 mg ed for the duration of the cycle. I read fter last eq shot I should be waiting 17 to 21 days or the nolva will be a waste. My plan once started is 1 day 100 mgs 20 more days at 50 mg. Im new only cycled 3x previous years.....dont know shit yet. Any quick advice on that startup day? Thanks.

well theres nothing you can do about your screw up now other than to properly pct. i keep it simple with nolva and cycle week 1: 40 mg everyday [ed], week 2: 40 mg ed, week 3: 20 mg ed, & week 4: 20 mg ed.
take this as a lesson learned and that is test is the basis for all cycles.
Lol dbol and EQ for 8 wks? No test? Why? I don't understand at all, not busting your balls, but why on earth did u not use test with all that? Everyone who finds out about roids and wants to do them knows about test most people only know about test. So I'm jw why u didn't wanna run it, that's the base of any cycle btw.
started cycle with test cypionate 500 mg 1x weekly for 6 weeks along with the eq then ran the eq for another 8....

Xman you have alot to learn bro. you should listen to these guys. your just pissing in the wind, the EQ u ran and the pct's your about to run = waste of time and money.
I take it that was also a waste of money on the EQ due to the fact that it takes about 10-12 weeks to fully kick in... All you did was pretty much a dbol cycle, unles you ran test also LIKE YOUR SUPPOSED TO!
But My advice is maybe continue with test prop for about 2-4 weeks @ 100mg EOD With proper AI (which i hope you were running on cycle) and drop everything else then start pct, THEN after PCT, RESEARCH for months till you know how to run a proper cycle. Good luck.

Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20.
Ran cypionate first 6 weeks start up.....500 mg once a week. Just trying to learn.....work in progress.
Follow this guy's advice, he has what you're looking for. I would say run that prop for 21 days and start nova/clomid combo on the 24th day. Wasn't the best layout, but with the extra prop time and solid pct (Massive ^), you should recover alright
If you dont know shit yet why would you jump on a cycle? (smh)
Did u run dbol for the 8 weeks tht could'nt have been gd on the liver did u take liver protection with it aswel

get some clomid to go along with that....where you just taking eq?
